There are many ways to look at how a match order should go... - Aura/Prestige - Poundage - Potential Excitement - Actual Excitement - Points scored - Theoretical Drama - Actual Drama Generally speaking Aura/Prestige is the criteria that will be looked at the most for match order. There is no other option than Valencia - Dake at 86 KG, in that regards. There just isn't. - There are exceptions such as the POTUS intending to swoop in after the first match. After that, Poundage is generally the one most used, because it has typically always been that way. That puts us at Captain America Jr - Hilger at 125 KG as the final match. I am oddly okay with it being this way. I don't think it would be the final match of the day. I still think that 86 KG will be the final match of the day, as the most likely scenario due to it being Best of Three (92 KG has a decent chance as well). If we are talking Potential Excitement, we're looking at ending on Johnny D - Duke at 70 KG. You have Brute Force Youth against the scrambling ability of Johnny D, who is up at 70 KG for only the second time ever (the first being the Open). Duke, a HS Senior just beat the 149lb and 157lb NCAA Champions at WTT. That's fckn nuts, guys. If we are talking Actual Excitement, we're looking at Mesenbrink-Carr at 74 KG, despite it being a blow-out (expected by me), their matches are always fire. If we are talking about Points Scored, I don't see a way we don't end at Vito - Jax at 61 KG. This has 25.5 as a total match points Vegas line per match (I might have made that up). If you were to look at Theoretical Drama, then Thiccclay-Barr at 92 KG should be the final match. Barr has made a living this season on breaking people. Thiccclay is unbreakable. What if during Match 2, Thiccclay fades and Barr steals it? That makes Match 3 EXTREMELY interesting. Historically speaking there has been hours between Match 1 and Match 2, but they start the Match 3s immediately after the Match 2s complete. If we are talking about Snyder... I mean Actual Drama, then it's Snyder - ZIllmer at 97 KG.2 points

No - that is not a separate issue/conversation at all. We're talking about the Qatar jet being "given" to the US and what a historic failure it is on so many levels: The current AF-1's are the best of the best in the air right now. No other jet in the world comes close. They are in great working order. The Qatar jet is garbage compared to the AF-1's currently in service A Qatar $400 million jet that costs $1B to upgrade to make usable is an incredibly dumb investment I have no doubt Trump advisors have made this clear to him. It has a shiny interior with a lot of use of gold - those with mush for brains like that. It won't be done in time for Trump to use it before the end of his term. It's a bad look for Trump to take sloppy seconds from Arab's "old" cast away planes Boeing contract for (2) AF-1 aircraft is still moving along and due within a few years No changes have been made. These will eliminate any use of the Qatar stand-in. (The stand-in that would cost $1B to upgrade.) Will be done within a year/two of the projected time frame of any dumb Qatar jet upgrade. There is no logical explanation for Qatar becoming AF-1. Zero. None. So what is actually going on here? You're hearing it here first. The Qatar jet becoming AF-1 is a lie. An outright lie. It is too incredibly stupid a move for even the Trump administration to try to make happen. Instead, Trump will soon announce he will be making the Qatar jet available for non-AF-1 government use. For other government departments and/or personnel. Oh wait, didn't WKN just mention Kristi Noem wants to spend $40 million for a new jet? Perfect spin, Trump "saves" the taxpayers $40 million by giving her his Qatar jet. If it's not exactly that, it will be very, very close. Politicians are nearly all criminals. And Trump is the biggest swamp criminal in the history of presidents.1 point

Snyder will not be given a delay, and from a PR perspective if he had the audacity to request that, it would sour even those most ardent in supporting his endeavor. Seeing as this is the superior board to the parallel-ride stalling board and poop-talking is discouraged, I'll say this: I have zero insight into his personal life, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's probably sleeping in a new bedroom. We are (mostly) all adults and have probably seen a friend/coworker/enemy on the rival dodgeball team go through infidelity on one side or the other. What usually happens? Typically two scenarios: 1) Everything stops for the philanderer. Everything. Reasons vary, but this is the most common outcome if the partner chooses to proceed. Results... vary... 2) Everything is poured into work because the partner chooses to move on after betrayal and the philanderer has a sole focus when nothing else is left. If 1 then Snyder's done. No more medals. He may compete, but I'm calling it. He still belongs on Mt. Rushmore. If 2, then 2026 world champ incoming and it will be from Stillwater. This has been your daily dose of USAWTMZ.1 point

I honesly dont see Vito makiing 57 kg again and im starting to think that Yianni’s days may be done at 65kg Vito can be successful at 65kg. The year he won the world title he beat a guy at worlds who teched Nick Lee thay same year at 65kg. If he csn toss on another 6 or 7 lbs even (says he walks arounr at 142) i think he wiol be ok.1 point

idk, if you have a guy who you can ink in as a 3x champ and no reason to mess with it. Duke is 5’6” 70kg is 154 lbs he has to lose about 6 lbs to make it. I dont see him getting much bigger but could see Kasak continuing to ballloon up to 174. i don’t necessarily agree with the idea that MM needs to wrestle 174 in order to be successful at 74kg (163 lbs). Takatani said he weighed 163 lbs after his match with Dake and pretty much walks around at that weight. Dake was cutting hard you are right and he hasnt looked good at all doing it compared to when he was at 79kg. 2026 157- PJ duke Kasak RS 165 MM 174 Haines 2027 157 PJ Duke 165 MM (senior) 174 Kasak1 point

Clearly you don't hang out with very many Ds. https://www.newsweek.com/what-top-democrats-said-then-now-about-joe-bidens-decline-2073468 What Top Democrats Said Then, And Now, About Joe Biden's Decline Published May 16, 2025 at 5:33 PM EDT Updated May 16, 2025 at 5:34 PM EDT ... Josh Shapiro Shapiro, the popular Pennsylvania governor, transitioned from publicly dismissing any concerns about Biden's cognitive abilities during the 2024 election cycle to later asserting he had privately voiced concerns to Biden about his shortcomings during the same period. n an interview with Politico published on May 14, Shapiro said: "I can tell you that I was very frank with the president during his campaign about what I saw were some of the shortcomings. I was very honest with him in a private setting about that." What he said in 2024: Speaking with Politico last August, when asked directly if he had concerns about Biden's cognitive decline, Shapiro responded confidently: "Not at all, and I've been in regular contact with the president." Pete Buttigieg The former transportation secretary transitioned from staunchly defending President Biden's mental acuity during the 2024 campaign to acknowledging, post-election, that Biden's decision to run for a second term may have been a misstep for the Democratic Party. Post-election: During a town hall event in Iowa on May 13, Buttigieg reflected on Biden's 2024 campaign, stating, "Maybe, you know, right now, with the benefit of hindsight, I think most people would agree that is the case," when asked if Democrats would have been better off without Biden as the nominee. He added, "We're also not in a position to wallow in hindsight. We've got to get ready for some fundamental tests of the future of this country and this party." What he said in 2024: In a July 2 interview with Spectrum News, post-debate, Buttigieg defended President Biden's capabilities, describing him as a "focused and disciplined leader." He emphasized Biden's effectiveness, stating, "Every time I needed something from him from the West Wing I got it." Rep. Ro Khanna Khanna, a progressive California lawmaker, went from strongly defending Biden's cognitive fitness in mid-2024, emphasizing personal interactions to back his claims, to openly stating later that it was a mistake for Biden to run again, calling it "painfully obvious" Biden should not have sought re-election. Post-election: In a statement shared with the Washington Post on May 14, Khanna said: "In my few interactions at public events, I found [Biden] coherent and proud of his record, but it is now painfully obvious he should not have run. We should have had an open primary. We must acknowledge this truth to regain trust with the American people." What he said in 2024: Speaking with CNN in mid-2024, responding to speculation about Biden's cognitive health, Khanna said: "I've seen the president twice in the past two weeks... He's completely mentally sharp." Sen. Chris Murphy The junior senator from Connecticut transitioned from defending Biden's mental sharpness in early 2024 to explicitly acknowledging Biden experienced cognitive decline after the election, highlighting it as a key factor in Democrats' defeat. Post-election: In an interview with Politico published on May 14, Murphy said: "There's no doubt that former President Biden suffered cognitive decline in office. The debate is whether it compromised his ability to act as chief executive... clearly, in retrospect, we should have done something different." What he said in 2024: On CBS's Face the Nation on February 11, 2024, Murphy confidently remarked: "Joe Biden is the only person who's beaten Donald Trump... I know that he is ready for this campaign." Sen. Elizabeth Warren Warren also transitioned from a steadfast defender of President Biden's mental acuity during the 2024 campaign to a more nuanced stance post-election, acknowledging the complexities surrounding his cognitive fitness. Post-election: In an interview on the Talk Easy podcast with Sam Fragoso, released on April 20, Warren was asked if she regretted asserting Biden's sharpness. She responded, "I said what I believed to be true." When pressed on whether she observed any decline from 2021 to 2024, she stated, "Not when I said that." She elaborated, "He was sharp. He was on his feet. I saw him at live events. I had meetings with him a couple of times." Fragoso then challenged that "on his feet" was faint praise and Warren conceded, "Fair enough. Fair enough. Look, the question is what are we going to do now?" What she said in 2024: In multiple appearances throughout early and mid-2024, Warren publicly defended President Biden's mental fitness. For instance, during a July 2024 interview, she stated, "The man is sharp. The man knows what he's talking about. He does the job." She consistently emphasized her confidence in his capabilities, dismissing concerns about his age and cognitive health George Clooney Clooney transitioned from strongly defending Biden's cognitive fitness in October 2023, to publicly expressing deep concerns about Biden's mental acuity and urging him not to run in a high-profile July 2024 op-ed, and finally acknowledging after the election a specific troubling encounter with Biden—an event that occurred before he published his piece that helped lead to Biden's exit from the race. Post-election: In a statement provided to the Washington Post on May 14, Clooney confirmed: "The anecdote described in the book about the former president not recognizing me is unfortunately accurate... In hindsight, I have to acknowledge the episode troubled me more than I let on at the time." What he said in July 2024 (Op-ed, written after the incident above): In a widely discussed op-ed published in The New York Times on July 10, 2024—written after the debate and incident in which Biden failed to recognize him—Clooney wrote: "I love Joe Biden—as a senator, as vice president, and as president. I consider him a friend, and I believe in him. Believe in his character. Believe in his morals. But the one battle he cannot win is the fight against time. None of us can. It's devastating to say it, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fundraiser was not the Joe 'big F-ing deal' Biden of 2010. He wasn't even the Joe Biden of 2020. He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate." David Axelrod Axelrod, a longtime Obama adviser, initially questioned Biden's wisdom in continuing his campaign in November 2023, issuing a notably cool statement on the president's decision to run the following year. But after the election loss, he significantly sharpened his criticism, openly confirming Biden's cognitive decline and labeling Biden's decision to run again "irresponsible." Post-election: In a conversation with NPR's Morning Edition on May 14, Axelrod said: "It was an irresponsible decision on [Biden's] part, and frankly, on his family's part... They adapted his schedule to his declining condition. The anecdotes [in the book] are troubling." What he said in 2023: Axelrod posted on X (formerly Twitter) on November 5, 2023, following weak Biden poll numbers: "Only @JoeBiden can make this decision. If he continues to run, he will be the nominee... What he needs to decide is whether that is wise; whether it's in his best interest or the country's." You can read the rest. There may have been some local Ds that were worried but no elected D was concerned. mspart1 point

Dake vs Zahid is hands down the headliner. Even though we already saw it, it’s still a close match and the most prestigious by far. Next in my opinion, are the two high school phenoms vs. proven senior level guys. It just adds some excitement to see how they can compare1 point

I call a Freshmen finishing each match with a TD over a defending Champ...both NCAA and World....to be soundly beating him. And he gave up the 1st TD. So Crookham came from down 3-1 and won 10-5. That's...really controlling most of that match. I also never said Vito didn't end up winning it, I pointed out that as a Freshmen...Crookham beat Vito twice. That's it.1 point

Yes WKN, you need to keep your eye on the ball. Why waste your time discussing the millions of dolllars being wasted so the current President can keep up with the terrorists…eehhhem I mean Arab royalty…when you should be focused on the details that the plane is not transferred ownership officially to the current president, but to the government for only the current president and no other president afterward to use. Stop focusing on tax payer money and only focus on what the president wants us to focus on. On this subject at least. Other subjects, we can focus on tax payer money. But not this one.1 point

Main event is Dake/Zahid, for sure, but I’m most interested in Duke/Yianni. It seems like everything’s finally coming together after a few bumpy years for Yianni, and PJ is on a tear. The United States is a Religious Freedom-focused country. Some choose to exercise that via christianity. But let’s not conflate a collection of individual choices with the structural intent of the country. I heard a story about this guy, he walked into a bagel shop, ordered an onion bagel with extra strawberry cream cheese. He sits down and starts yelling at all the customers who come in “This is an Onion Bagel and Strawberry Cream Cheese Shop!” while sitting in front of 30 racks of different bagels and 20 flavors of cream cheese. Some people really want to make it their business what sorts of bagels other people eat. But it never will be. Just let people eat their bagels in peace. Everyone is staring down a long work day and a crappy commute, the bagel just helps make it a bit better.1 point
