Brignola now has 3 top 16 wins and is undefeated this year would probably be ranked 5th or 6th depending on where the website you look at has Sasso. Stanich would also likely be ranked 5th. Lehigh would go from earning a projected zero points at those two weights to potentially 25-30+ I think when you add that in with Crookham,Beard,Trephen and potentially some points at 125 its going for be very hard for them to keep those guys in redshirt.2 points

this is so effing stupid (and provable). this is why we can't take certain people on the left as serious. you just lie to make excuses for a failed agenda so your side wasn't 'wrong'. you campaigned on it. you executed it. the pushback was then so overwhelming that it was the main cause of an election loss. so now you pivot to 'it's impossible'. the first thing you need to do if you want your side to 'win' is to address your failures.2 points

He needs a shallower talent pool, and he also needs wrestling. I wish more senior free guys had such clarity.2 points

I would love to see Askey drop to 149 and wrestle Millard right away at 157. Roberts is a good backup but he overall lacks scoring ability without a true go to attack to move up to a top 10 guy.1 point

I am a diehard SDSU fan and I cannot think of anyone that we lost haha. I appreciate the sentiment brother! Gophers are looking tough. Outside of probably 149, they have someone that could AA at every weight class.1 point

This just in- Minnesota has a very solid team, top to bottom. I do not know how they will do those only three days that matter, but they will be a tough team to beat in a dual. Everytime I watch them wrestle, I come away more impressed. South Dakota is damn good team and they were beat 9-1 matches today. The only loss was a 2-0 DeVos over Whiting.1 point

I think he could do well in greco. Working with Warren is a good idea. Hall or Paulson would be good too. The Olympic weight being 60kg is also a big deal.1 point

CLASSIC JOMBO™ The price paid for each of the three JOMBO™ strip NFTs shown below was $0. The combined current value of the three NFTs is $0. That is a loss of exactly $0 on your investment. Bored Ape Yacht Club #599 shown below, lower right, sold for over $225,000.00. The owner was (and maybe still is) Jimmy Fallon. These NFTs lost ~90% of their value. That is a loss of approximately $202,500.00. You were the smart investors.1 point

I've just finished Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971), and it does belong at #6 on my list of best movies of all time. The film has everything from Dr. Seuss to Edgar Allan Poe and everything in between. All of the people in this world are either snarky or rude except for Charlie. I didn't remember an epic rivalry between Veruca Salt and Violet Beauregarde, but it's there, hoo boy, and it is snap! Veruca steals every scene she's in, and what about the amazing bit near the end when Willy Wonka slowly covers the Everlasting Gobstopper with his hand, while saying, "And so shines a good deed in a weary world"? That quote was lifted from Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice. I told you it had everything from Seuss to Poe, and William Shakespeare fits right in there. Snuggly. But, my friends, our story has a sad ending. You see, I've never--not once in my life--felt a powerful urge to murder anybody, not even a movie critic. Not even a movie critic from Iowa! After perusing the Rotten Tomatoes (92%, 87%) post on Willy Wonka, I now have four such urges.1 point

If you're not sure you understand, then wake up and listen. If you're still complaining about the election, just try to get over it. Mainly because it's over. In case you missed it, the R's will now have decision making power in all of the (3) branches of the government, per the Constitution. It's a big deal. But there is reason for concern. There are a number of folks who want to take this opportunity to veer from what the founding fathers intended and laid out in the Constitution. They would prefer to kill the Constitution and what it means. These project 2025 morons are actually trying to overturn the Constitution. And Trump is trying to put them in power.1 point

Thanks @RockLobster Found it. I googled it a little. SJSU athletes among others are suing…. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna180335 a quote from the article “The plaintiffs — including SJSU volleyball co-captain Brooke Slusser and 10 other current and former student athletes in the Mountain West Conference — claim their Title IX rights are being violated by allowing a transgender athlete to play for a women’s sports team.”1 point

"Read more, learn more, be better." -Rock Lobster Don't be a dumb ass. Learn what the debate about the issue is first hand. Learn what is true and what isn't true. Dig deeper and find the truth. It isn't hard. The truth is maybe a few minutes away. Find that. Post then.1 point

Also ignored was the fact that their NIL dried up, so unless they were okay making pennies in comparison to the years prior - they were going to go bag hunting.1 point

People really need to stop with the "the University extended his contract." They do this every year, it's a procedural and nothing more. They extend every coach other than the FB and MBB coaches as routine. They extended Barry and then fired him. It's just not a factor at this point. The program is in shambles, they should move on...I'm not arguing any of that, but the extension wasn't a sign of anything.1 point

Was very well crafted and structured, really a bit of a harrowing story, but you could also sense that, whatever the actual meat of the story is, they danced around it at Chance's request. It's an incredible story of vulnerability, resiliency, and the power and importance of relationships in our lives. No question, without his wife, Chance likely isn't alive today. She is the epitome of love the universe gives to you that simply won't go away and won't give up on you. Chance has done incredible things, most importantly, he is, unwittingly, the buffer between generations, and has been tasked with doing the work of turning whatever anger and pain he had fed into him from a young age into something more positive, kind, and caring. Seeing how much his wrestlers love him (his wife too) was an incredible testament to who he is despite his trials. What is so important to acknowledge here too is that it only takes one person, one helping hand to step in and show compassion in those early years to help Chance sidestep many years of anguish. Never underestimate the impact you can have by simply showing up and demonstrating that you care.1 point

Beyond that and he's only seventeen... " 1) He has bonus points in every D1 state match he has wrestled. 2) He has never lost to an Ohio opponent 3) He has never given up an offensive point, in his entire IN SEASON high school career. Not even in his two losses. He lost on escapes and a penalty point. 4) Fargo Champ over a field that included other world champs Bassett and Raney, current #1 national ranked Knox, and #1 Jax Forrest. 5) Cadet World Champion 6) Olympic team member (top 3 at trials) 7) Junior World Team - Bronze 8 Senior WTT Finalist 9) Beat 3 former D1 NCAA Champs and 2 other NCAA finalists 10) in the same calendar year, beat #1 ranked Lilledahl, #1 ranked Knox, and #1 ranked Forrest."1 point
