Actually I think it was during the 125 match.  If 7pm et was the cut off than it doesn't count

For you? We make an exception.

Anyone else want to have second thoughts?

No, no, no.  No exceptions.  Rules are the rules.  I remember sitting down turning on the dual and they showed Braeden sitting on the bench.  Didn't know he was a scratch but it was after the 7pm cutoff

If he made the change b4 133 started then I would count it. That is my two cents

With 10% of the precincts counted it is looking like @TylerDurden in a close race. With a prediction  of 31-7 he is off by just one in either direction.

Well done.

I will have a better write up at some point, but now it is time for some more Lagavulin and a movie with the patient, suffering wife.

I spoke with the rest of the panel of judges (whose decisions are final) and they will allow it.

However, they wanted to make sure I let you know they are expecting something in the form of a bribe.

Don't tell the others.

He didn't look that impressive against Al Iaquinta.  And luckily Gaethje is a head case who doesn't like to wrestle.    Khabib is one of my favorites but you're talking crazy

You're defending the guy who was afraid of the ground with the immortal Paul Craig and also says that Dagestan is the minor leagues compared to State College?  Not to mention was off by about 30 in his prediction last night.  185 lb Khabib smothers 185 lb Bo.

I'm not going to get dragged into a debate about Khabib who as I've stated is one of my favorites.  Like top 3 all time fav MMA guys.

I think caliendo gets decisioned....

Was you as surprised at how badly MM whipped him? History between them would indicate MM would win easily, but I thought Caliendo had made up some ground. How wrong I was.

If Khabib beats Bo in MMA, it won't be because of superior wrestling skills.  I'm pretty sure Khabib didn't even come close to being on his country's national wrestling team.

I know I will never predict no bonus points from PSU again

I picked MM by major, and felt kinda dumb for doing so because I thought Caliendo might keep it to something like 11-5 or such. Wrong. MM is an unstoppable force.

ditto. that was a surprise. I thought Caliendo, while a clear number 2, was closer.

125: Lilledahl dec Cruz 3-0 PSU

133: Ayala dec Davis 3-3

141: Bartlett dec Block 6-3 PSU

149: Parco dec SVN 6-6

157: Teemer dec Kasak 9-6 Iowa

165: Mesenbrink tech Caliendo 11-9 PSU

174: Haines pin Kennedy 17-9

184: Starocci dec Arnold 20-9

197: Buchanan Dec Barr 20-12

285: Kerkvliet maj Kueter 24-12

Coinflip matches are 133, 149, and 197. I can also see Kasak winning but not ready to say 50/50. Even with the coins landing Iowa side up every weight listed they still lose because of bonus point power

Front half I did ok. Back half incredibly accurate. Called my shot on Haines but Kennedy was stingy

I mean, think about it.  I regularly hear how Coach Cael and Coach Casey whup everyone at NLWC including Snyder and Kerk.  THis is no different, except Khabib is better at MMA than Cael is at wrestling.  Khabib is a GOAT and Bo is a new pup in the MMA game.  I don't care that Khabib is shorter.  They both weigh in at 185, Bo loses.

I'm not sure if I ever saw the superior grappler lose a fight between 2 grapplers.
