Didn't he all American twice while graduating from stanford in 3 years? That's pretty incredible. Can you imagine how good he would be without a crazy school workload and if he just focused on wrestling?

What about your team are you most interested in seeing this season?

I agree with this. Robideau is a psychopath and all his teammates seem to think this. He seems like he just lives to wrestle and nothing else matters to him. He is gonna end up being the best one of the freshman champs. -
Stilly Boys Series: More teams should do the same

I was never a cowboy fan before. I am definitely a fan now after watching these videos. David Taylor is an incredible coach and dethrones penn state this year. You can write it down. -
They have wrestled before and Messenbeink did not get a takedown.
-
Yes but isn't there also a rule where they are only allowed to lose something like 1.5 percent of their weight per week? So if Ventresca did weigh 149 pounds, that would be like 11 weeks before he could wrestle at 125 pounds.
-
Unfortunately they have zero depth. If they somehow stay healthy they are a top 3 team but with 5 starters who are coming off injury issues and another with a substance abuse issue I'm afraid this season is going to fall apart.

Your Favorite Wrestler on Your Least Favorite Team

This! I'm so sick of penn state winning but SVN is awesome. Seems to be very humble and constantly wrestles his arse off. He is very fun to watch. -
High stakes events (NCAAs) vs one-offs (RAF)

I think they post most of the events on YouTube for free. Not as good as being able to watch live but anytime you get to watch wrestling for free is a win! -
Mcnelly looked significantly smaller than Bo as well.
-
Is Vega definitely going 149? I think 141 would be better for him and the team. His length was such a huge factor in his success and will be less of a factor up at 149. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up like Micic and really struggling moving up a weight.

Messenbrink doesn't have more titles than Haines yet. They both have 2.
-
He is obviously trolling but to be honest im not sure stieber actually won either of those titles at 133. I remember there was a controversial call in his title match against Ramos as well as the egregious no takedown in the Oliver match.
-
Suriano cut a ton of weight and won a title his senior year. He only wrestled second semester i believe. Bouzakis should do the same. He would only have to hold his weight down for half the time.

This event has so much potential and was so awesome last year. If all the top teams would just compete this event could rival the ncaa tournament for the best event of the year. I really hope they find away to get all the top teams involved next year.
