  1. Merrick Garland just now giving a bunch of Malarky. Telling us how concerned he is of Russis,Russia Russia in our election. Now he is giving a list of all the incidences in America. All 10 of them. Maybe we could just have photo -voter I.D.'s and this would all go away. Cheating should not be tolerated in any amount at any level. Buying votes is illegal election interference. 25K to buy a house. 6K to have a baby. 50K to start a new business. 500 billion to transfer student loans to the taxpayer. The taxpayer who didn't go to college. The taxpayer who already paid off their student loan. The veteran and the soldier who have served their country. They are transferring the students' loans to us. Buying votes is the highest form of illegal election interference. Have a great day.

  5. I see where aggression is a male attribute. Aggression to others is already unlawful. But that is not what toxic masculinity really means in today's society. Just being a man is somehow toxic. Just doing man things is toxic. The idea that men are too toxic but women cannot be is a charade. Maybe we should talk about toxic femininity and see where that goes. I have never heard of that but it is just as much a thing as toxic masculinity. Is that not a fair thing to say? mspart

  7. I saw something that said it perfectly. "If masculinity were truly toxic, then the kids growing up without fathers would presumably be better off than those who have them. But they are not."

  12. Vak, you are conflating the subject out of scope from what was intended. Of course he did not debate during the republican primaries, there was no need. What I said applied to Harris and Biden. If you want to, you can apply it to whatever you want. I'm sure he would refuse to debate you or I so you can prove anything you want if you take something out of context. Why don't you challenge him to a debate and then you can have the ecstatic pleasure of then going to the media and claiming he is afraid of you because he won't debate you. Hopefully this clears things up for you. mspart

  13. I'm glad you have taken time away from gathering pictures of drag queens and trans people to make a snide remark. Yes we have a test site that we can see what is going on. Every person has a different experience viewing the website whether its from a desktop, mac, android, tablet, etc. I don't have the time, nor all of those devices to test functionality in every possible manner. Until these ads generate enough income that Willie can tell me to quit my full-time job, then some of the changes will take a little bit to get done.

  14. Had a job on Drexel's campus during my senior year at Temple. Here's the route I used to run home each evening. I made it through the whole year without incident until I got sucker punched on the corner of Broad & Diamond - 1/2 block from my fraternity house 5 days prior to graduation. The only part that worried me was the initial small hill from Market to Spring Garden through a very dimly light neighborhood.

  22. you clearly don't understand how murder rates are calculated. I hoped you were joking, but you seem to be serious. The murder rate is calculated by dividing the number of murders by the population of a jurisdiction and multiplying the result by 100,000. The result is then expressed as the number of murders per 100,000 people. Murder rates are often used to compare states and countries, as they can be more useful than the absolute number of murders committed. Crime rates are calculated based on the number of crimes per 100,000 people. More people doesn't mean a higher murder rate. You are out of it.

  25. Blah blah blah... cue the right wing buzzword generator. Thanks for the name calling. You've checked off all the Bully Bingo Boxes. Congrats, you are officially a joke. Please point out where I need to learn more? One point. What am I not understanding about it? I dare you! You won't. Because there is nothing. You have an unfounded opinion. I have done nothing but repeat to you how unfounded it is and how embarrassed you should be to hold it and I am the one that needs to learn more. And that's where you and I are different. I know your opinions hurt people. Not actively, no. You're not oppressing anyone. You have no real power. That might be your issue. But the perpetuation of your opinions in our society will keep people from challenging norms and seeking or receiving the care that they need. Be it; mental health, regular health, job training, a home, help transitioning to the gender the choose to portray. You try to fill in the 'pool' of smaller and smaller groups of people because you're scared of the changes they will force you to confront. Tale as old as time/racism! Filling in Pools this is an article that explains what I mean by 'filling in pools'. Which is what you're trying to do to trans people right now. You just can't find their pool so you're impotently screaming about it on the internet. 'By the early 1970s, most of America’s urban amusement parks, like Cleveland’s Euclid Beach and Chicago’s Riverview, were closed for good. Some white consumers perceived the newly integrated parks as unsafe and in turn park owners sold the land for considerable profit. Other urban leisure sites — public swimming pools, bowling alleys and roller-skating rinks — also closed down as white consumers fled cities for the suburbs.' Do you hear history echoing?

  26. I would describe it as a drive for physical dominance that presents itself in fighting and especially sexual violence. A rigid enforcement of strict gender roles and repression of emotions. I think the case against violence is already pretty clear. As for the other two, as I've said above, strict gender roles in the home just don't work as well when both partners are working 40+ hours a week. Leaving all domestic duties up to the wife isn't really fair and leads to strife in relationships. To the extent the male partner thinks they are owed June Cleaver who brings home a healthy paycheck too, it is toxic. Repressing emotions, to me, is what leads to the violence. If you can't express what you're feeling then those emotions come out in other ways, and lots of times those ways are bad. Encouraging men to keep things bottled up is a toxic suggestion

  29. Well in relation to the more recent discussion being had, we don’t know if the Brands even had any involvement in bringing Buchanan in. And also in relation to the more recent discussion, you can almost compare this to the OSU coaching situation IMO. All signs pointed to them hiring Coleman Scott, a pretty successful head coach and extremely successful wrestler and alumnus of the school. But a booster said “nah let’s do better.”

  30. No one knows if I stopped collecting pics. Just stopped posting any. Also I don’t think those terms you used are the preferred nomenclature. But that’s a different argument. Sounds like if testing was done…. It was known ahead of time the user experience would significantly decline. the experience is the same for everyone when it occurs. Lots of ads on your screen, reloading a lot, blocking buttons, not respecting the x to close on the ad etc…….

  41. Growth was always prioritized to me above winning in wrestling. When I was cheesing a headlock in third grade, and continually beating guys with it, my coach forbade me to do it so I could expand my offense. I can only really speak to my own personal anecdotes though, and am not sure about what the national landscape would like like in that regard.

  42. Just have logged back in (computer, not mobile) and there are five (5) pop-ups ads on the screen, whose total screen real estate is larger than the forum text (content) box. This is serious over-kill. And, frankly, if I were an advertiser I wouldn't want my ad having to compete with four others for viewer attention. Conveniently, this is the off-season, so I can check our for awhile and not miss much. But if this isn't remedied/mitigated a month from now, I'll be done with Intermat, the value won't outweigh the annoyance. And, from another poster supra, if enough viewers bail then the advertisers won't support the site to the same degree, so the current approach is self-defeating. Please reconsider your advertising changes.
