Agree... some underperformed for PSU and Nebraska would have to keep the same results or better.

Yeah. Taylor had a great tournament and is the duly crowned NCAA champ at 157.

But...Kasak was a brainfart away from a likely third match with a guy he crushed at B1Gs.

Stay away from Berge. But in all honesty his brother is on staff at SDSU and is running a nice club program in SD. I think Berge will be an SDSU through and through.

As of 45 minutes ago the Hawkeye report seems to believe that McEnelly is in the portal. Haven't seen anything anywhere confirming it.

Would be very disappointing for MN.

They are citing...this thread? As their source.

Feelin' Okie State for McNeil.

I think they're roll with Teague. He's a team guy. Bumped up a weight for the team last year to fill a hole. Pulled his r/s this year to fill another hole. I think they'll give him a fair shake and a full season at his natural weight.

Maybe that don’t know the difference between McNeil and McEnellly?

Jamison needs to go up to 149. He gets progressively worse throughout the season because the weight cut is brutal for him. And Cael Hughes was a shell of himself at 133 so he needs to move up as well and would slot nicely into 141.

Spend 5 minutes on HR and you'll see reading comprehension isn't their strongest quality.

I'd rather have Teague at 149. Jamison can go 157 or backup Teague imo.

Psu losing alot of team points too

Penn St actually returns more points than Nebraska scored this year. Assuming the 3 vacant sports score some points, they are still probably 2-3 guys ahead.

Oh Bartlett, he's not much of a tournament scorer though.

How old will Ragusin be?

Ragusin graduated in 2020.  He is way younger than many of the guys who AA this year.

Nebraska is only a guy or 2 away from a title

Yeah ok. That sounds accurate

Two or three? No, Nebraska would need five finalist type of scorers, and maybe more to replace guys like Pinto, Allred, and McDanel, to have a shot. Again, Braeden Davis outscored all but four of your guys this year. He’s being replaced by arguably the best freestyler in the world. Bartlett gets replaced by the #1 wrestler in this class. CS and GK by legit prospects or someone else who will be immediate AA threats. Nebraska doesn’t do that so quickly, but that’s how PSU reloads. We’re really doing this already? Seems like a little too much optimism and maybe something else.

There's one guy claiming this and everybody else telling him he's either wrong or that nobody is saying this.

This would seem to imply Robinson is staying put?

Yeah I doubt he leaves. After he won the title there is a video of him thanking Pop for believing in him while Pop hugs him. He seems very loyal to them

Central Michigan's Spidle in the portal.  Was 133lbs this year and took a big step up after not having to focus on weight management.

Beat Rutger's Shawver and Bucknell's Phipps at NCAA's enroute to a R16 performance.

I could see him headed to a mid-tier B1G program, or somewhere like Oklahoma/Oregon State and fit right in.

Be cool to see him finish up at Michigan, but we have Ragusin coming back.

Gophers need a 133. This is one I could see them getting.

If Spidle wants to do a 2 year program at Michigan for a masters, maybe he can use his redshirt for Ragusin's last year and then plan to start the year after?  WrestleStat shows him using his redshirt during 2021 - which would not have been required for that year anyway.
