  1. We should start tossing out official predictions for the landing spots on all below. I’ll go first. I’ll admit, some of these are more of a hope than a prediction… Alirez - Northern Colorado Hendrickson - Oklahoma State Parco - Iowa Amine - Virginia Tech Cannon - no idea, maybe Purdue? Barraclough - Arizona State Nijenhuis - NDSU Belton - Cal Poly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Kyle Burwick to NDSU is great for both parties. Burwick goes home, and NDSU upgrades at 133 and Michael Olson can redshirt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I would love to see Dake do exactly what Taylor is doing now except next offseason and take over a program himself. Bring cenzo or RBY or someone with him, spread the wealth a little bit. Even if it was Iowa [emoji1785] or something, the more elite programs the better Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. This isn’t the Wyatt Hendrickson thread Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Is there an echo in here? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Seems very high on Rutgers and very low on Illinois Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Morvari is tiny, Eisch at 133 in this scenario. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Haha just messing with you. I had heard they were on his short list from the beginning and his visit went really well. Was just a numbers game from there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Did I just Nic Cage’d by a dead senate majority leader? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I was presented with new info, changing my tune (this is the internet I can do that as many times as I want with no repercussions) Gable does have a year left. Whether or not he wants to use it, and where, is the question. So excited to do this again!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Alright where’s the guy who said he’d bet his last paycheck on this not happening. As you can see, I’m a very poorwrestler and could use the cash. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I was really really hoping we were never going to get a “will he or won’t he come back” situation with Gable again. I still maintain I believe he has no remaining eligibility. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I believe you have to declare an Olympic redshirt sometime prior to the actual trials, and that was never done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I don’t have anything from like, an admin, but a pretty close source. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Gable is out of eligibility Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I feel the same about Hopke. Would be another added benefit for sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Gable never entirely stopped training at Minnesota. He did it less frequently the last year or so, but he has always been coming back. I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest to see him back training for more freestyle medals very soon. He is out of NCAA eligibility. Also, Hayden Zillmer and Trent Hillger are no slouches. Zillmer is a world teamer in his own right and a great practice partner. The group doesn’t compare to michigans without Gable, but better than the practice partners Okie State and Mizzou would have to offer imo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Our ace in the hole is Gable possibly coming back to train with the group that’s already there, Hillger, Zillmer, Hopke etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Heard the visit went well. Going to be quite the battle to land this guy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. No, just means you have to enter by then. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Do you have an actual reason to expect Bailey leaving or just “good wrestler small school” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. It’s got to be a grad program thing. He didn’t get in to the classes he wanted or something. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I cannot believe this one. An Amine wrestling anywhere other than Michigan will be very strange. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Petersen then, or perhaps March down to 141 and Drexler down to 133. Petersen and March are two of their most talented guys. They can’t afford to have one sitting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I’ll take a shot at NDSU 125 Ryan Henningson, last years starter, non-qualifier 133 Michael Olson, true freshman from MN 141 Gavin Drexler, returning starter 149 Max Petersen, returning starter 157 Kellyn March, (NDSU could benefit a lot bumping up here) 165 Landon Johnson, returning starter 157 174 Brendan Howes, returning starter OR true freshman Magayna 184 Adam Cherne, returning starter 197 ??? Macray Klohs redshirt freshman maybe? 285 Northern Colorado transfer All things considered, most of their starters return. They can be okay at 141-174 if things go right and guys develop. VERY young team last year. Obviously losing Sax was a huge blow. I think Olson at 133 is promising but won’t be an impact guy right out of the gate, same with Magayna. If they can redshirt, they should. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
