  1. Les Gutches. 134-10 college record, 3xAA, 2x NCAA Champ for wOSU Beavers. He went undefeated his last two years of college and notably beat Cael Sanderson at Senior Nationals.
  2. I'm just not sure if you're giving big Cass too much credit . I'm worried the offense, down a weight, might be too much . But otherwise, very fair Cass has a U23 gold and bronze medal. He will be extremely powerful at 197. Should be interesting to see how he does down there. He will be shredded.
  3. Not necessarily an unusually career but Cade Devos is a pharmacy student. I’m always impressed when guys can balance challenging majors and athletics.
  4. It’s because he has not wrestled much this year. He will move up with quality wins this year.
  5. Just watch Bartlett's match against Nick Lee at world team trials. Athleticism is not Barlett's issue. He is hesitant to pull the trigger on leg attacks against the top guys.
  6. Woods has the best track record. Mendez is having the best season for far. Bartlett will be a factor also just doesn't have the matches this season against high level competition. The other guys are a tier below at in my opinion.
  7. I liked his 8-0 win against Aliyev last year. He is a stud.
  8. You can be a counter wrestler while always looking to score. See: Lewis, Randy.
  9. I think he is going to be very good also, just have a hard time picking him against David Carr. Mess will get Olguin (1/5), Amine (1/19), Caliendo (2/9). If he goes 3-0 against those guys, he is likely a title contender.
  10. Pyles is good. Where else are you going to get commentary about Kai Orine giving himself his own tattoos and being the team barber?
  11. That is a bold statement. I will take Carr at this point
  12. Tom Ryan is a good coach, great recruiter and seems like an all around great guy. 99% of programs would take him in a heartbeat.
  13. 125 is definitely the easiest. I would go 125, 141, 157, 184, 149, 133, 174, HWT, 197, 165
  14. Yongers single leg spin out defense had Feldman flustered. Will need to get that figured out in the film room
  15. Tanner Cook special Gator Bacon
  16. He wrestled great today! He’s got his confidence going and 133 is wide open this year for those last few AA spots.
  17. Only think I know is that he is a Blair kid that Angelo Ferrari beat last year in Ironman finals when he flexed in front of the Blair bench.
  18. Andonian is such a wild ride. You never know what is going to happen in any position. It is a joy to watch
  19. Cael Swenson with a nice OT win over Joey Blaze. Was in on Blaze's leg multiple times in the match and finally was able to finish the takedown in OT. Blaze has really good defense but seems to lack a go-to leg attack at this point in his career.
  20. Holy crap Shapiro is good. He is so slick.
  21. Swiderski showing off the gas tank with a 14-11 win over Abas
  22. The difference there is that you can point to results from Scott this year and an AA finish last year to justify his seeding. For Fernandes you need to go back two seasons to find a good win.
  23. Fernandes would be seeded higher if he didn't get stuck by the Hofstra kid this year.
  24. Stanford is wrestling very well as a team thus far. They have a few sleepers.
