Take this with a grain of salt because this was over 20 years. My school never tested us and I was never tested at NCAAs. I had a teammate who was randomly selected at NCAAs. I believe there is a higher likelihood of being tested if you are a finalist (the teammate was not a finalist). I had a friend who wrestled at PSU and he stated that they did have drug tests. I don’t know if it was the school or conference which required the testing.
