No, wtf are you talking about? A conversation started about the motives of would-be assassin, I was pointing out we don't have enough information at this point to make even a real educated guess as to his motives. There is nothing that is going to make this less heinous unless it comes out the whole thing was a set up that Trump was involved with, which I want to be clear, I do not believe even a little bit. I believe this was a legitimate attempt on Trump's life that he's very fortunate to have survived, and I'm glad he didn't die.

I’m saying that if this was a ploy, as RL is suggesting, the shooter being dead does nothing to as far as evidence of not being a ploy. I’m saying a shooter being set up to walk into his own death in that kind of a situation is not a stretch.

Not at all saying it is a scripted ploy, BUT if it were, ‘hiring’ someone who doesn’t know better, with full promise of their security, then giving them blanks and walking them to their death so that they cannot talk after, is not exactly a stretch of the imagination. I don’t know about ploy but there is a lot of wow here. Shooter being able to get to a rooftop in that location is very wow.
