You don't get in shape wrestling matches. It can certainly help overall condition, but if his knees are not good enough for conditioning work during training, wrestling every match on the Hawkeyes schedule isn't going to make that big of a difference. I would figure they focus on low impact conditioning work to get him in shape and then pick and choose a limited slate of duals and tournaments to get the feel of live matches and get him more comfortable with his knees.

I think if they coddle him too much he’ll not be in shape and ready for the top 10 3-5 matches in a row

My wife and I have gone back to the same pizza joint in my "hometown" whenever we are back in town. From what we know, Kyle left of his own accord. It has never come out that he was booted off the team, etc.

It's amazing the about face of the Democratic party. Dissent is now their enemy. We know what's best for your children, we know what's best for your health, we know how to run your finances. If you don't like it, your opinion is not wanted. That is the message I get, even just from people on this small message board. I don't even think they realize it.
