I would add Jordan Oliver 133 (2012) to your list. Then 149 (2013) It seemed like Oklahoma State wrestlers in general curt a lot of weight.

even when weight cuts were more extreme, these are a few that jump to mind from the 80s and 90s

Daryl Weber 142 two years before winning NCAA at 167

Gene Mills 118 college and 114 for freestyle

Joe Gibbons 126 as a freshman

This is the answer. Weber was Iowa's starting 158 until he lost a wrestle off during the season and went down to 142.

Dan Gable 130.

Zero cutting rules back then.  Unsafe AF.

I remember thinking that about both Mark Churella and Bruce Kinseth when Churella beat him at 150 lbs in 1978.  The next year Churella won at 167 lbs and did not look small.  Kinseth made 150 and won it in 1979 pinning everyone he wrestled.  A few years later he also won the AAU and USAW titles in 1982 at 82 kg which is 180 lbs.  I'll never know how those guys held 150 and wrestled effectively.

iirc Randy Lewis, who was known to cut a bit of weight himself, called Kinseth the 'king of the cutters'
