I think its a guess based on his relationship to Chris Perry.  It's not clear how hard ISU is going after him.  While he had a good season, I don't know that any big school is going to offer him a big "bag" like he probably thinks.    I imagine there is still a risk for the school and his NIL offer will reflect it.

I do think AJ to Iowa will be official soon.  Just hashing out the final $ amount with Ferrari family and Bob. Bob saying he's willing to pay top dollar to finish 4th this season.

@Husker_Du did just say on Baschamania that there is a major curve ball with AJ… so that must mean that Iowa St. will not be the place where he lands. The only place that will be a curve ball is OkieSt. And Iowa… but I’d like to see the 2 brothers at Rutgers. Guess we will see what the curve is soon..
