  1. 5-3 is dominate?,,
  2. Promote Dierenger or even see if Jake Herbert has any interest in coaching? He still hangs around the room and is a full-time michigander. As a successful real estate agent, it's something that could be very beneficial seeing , he's a phenomenal wrestler and would bring a whole new perspective and fresh viewpoints to the room.... After those two , you would think , maybe they reach out to Myles Amine or Logan Massa
  3. Has to be Dierenger
  4. Botero and Aslikyan both had great u s open tournaments...Aslikyan just looks a little more swick and quicker out there and I doVn't know but no way we see the same Botero who struggled greatly last year? He's way too talented for that. I don't know if it was culture Shock or he had a nagging injury, they didn't disclose or he wasn't at AA comfortable true weight class, but For being that in that high of a recruit , he lost almost every match he wrestled... I seen 2 different results in the third place.Match when Botero and Aslikyan wrestled , one said that it was a forfeit in the other said that Botero pinned him...i think Aslikyan has a higher ceiling being a u17 world bronze medalist and his reattacks are insane, and so quick that something we haven't seen from. Many michigan wrestlers over the years for some reason they aren't big on reattacks....
  5. 125 Aslikyan 133 Mendoza 141 Hilton, Wolbert, Sement... I am leaning towards Hilton. He's a stud that goes under the radar. In 2022 he was ranked 11 p4p for class of 2025.. I don't know what happened for him to drop to the forty first ranking in 2025 149 Lemley 157 Zepeda 165 Cat 174 Mantanona 184 Mantanona 197 Hopefully we get an improved Walters.. His red shirt year in the year before he showed a lot of good signs , I don't know what happened last year Hwy Nicco Saha
  6. Yes I did and I would be mad too if I lost my us team spot to my rival that has been a battle for a number of years now going back and forth
  7. All good sir I didn't see your post until after I posted but what's your opinion on how all the young Michigan guys and current incoming recruits performed this weekend they all did fantastic
  8. Everything I keep finding shows that he made the team and wrestled a match and lost and was one and done
  9. They're having a tremendous US Open both Wisconsin boys are in the final eight Wolbert and Peterson...Aslikyan is in the final eight...Bodie Abbey a four-time Michigan state champ lost his match in the round of 16 to Wolbert... last year's recruits Sement, Botero had deep runs Sement lost rd 16, Botero won his first three matches before losing and has won his first match in the consolations... tons of young Talent and of course Brock Mantanona is dominating in the final eight looking like a straight Collision Course with Sinclair... does anyone know why Nicholas Sahakian isn't wrestling he was listed as participating in the u20 but didn't see him? Also nice to see two michiganders in the final eight wrestling each other with Jackson Blum and Nicholas Sorrow who I don't know how Michigan missed out on him to me he was the most dominant wrestler coming out of Michigan even more so than Blake Cosby ..Sorrow should be ranked much higher he's a four-time champion as well
  10. What are you talking about he Represented the U.S in the Paris Olympics in 2024 In Greco It was a big thing that Both former Michigan heavyweights Representing the U.S teams... he also is a world silver medalist
  11. Every sport has a chosen one and he seems to be the next one in wrestling
  12. Tech fall 10-0 probably 8 out of 10 matches
  13. The dudes had quite a career I don't think he needs to improve he's proved himself he's made an Olympic team he's made NCAA finals he's a four-time All-American not much more you can do there's just a younger Beast out there that is better than him he got them last time but it seems in the long run Schultz proves to be the better Greco wrestler
  14. He's getting an MRI today so something is injured
  15. If he wrestles like he does his true freshman year but adds the 2 years of experience to it he'll be a monster I know his sophomore year he kind of regressed but his true freshman year he was an animal that went out and attacked and was taken ranked guys down left and right if we see that Lemley then watch out
  16. Lemley ain't going anywhere he'll make the lineup at any weight he wants to he's probably the third best wrestler in that room
  17. ⁶2011 St John's MI ranked #2 Nationally Had 7 Nationally Ranked Wrestlers #7 Zac Hall #9 Jacob Schmitt #12 Josh Pennell #1 Taylor Massa #1 Ben Whitford #11 Jordan Wohlfort Payne Hayden #11 also Freshman Logan Massa who would be Nationally Ranked the following season and the top overall recruit by 2014. They went 32-1 loan loss was the Saint Edwards 38 to 16 The 2012 team was stacked as well and ranked 7th in the country in basically had the same lineup minus Taylor Massa who graduated.. that year they Beat Montini out of Illinois and lost to St. Eds 36-28 missing Whitford due to injury as well for that match up
  18. Sadulaev best match up
  19. He was literally seconds away from beating Van Ness and making it to the semis and probably would have been a finalist he will find a spot in the lineup
  20. Mendoza with quick TF
  21. Michigan should have a tough team for the next couple years
  22. There's no way Sergio Lemley won't be in the lineup he's going to be one of our best three guys next year I see him at 49 and you don't think the heavyweight we recruited last year who was a top 15 recruit will start next year... also somehow they got to find a way to get Eren Sement into the lineup he's a real tough Pennsylvania guy and a top 30 recruit he's slated for 41-49 though maybe they'll have him go and red shirt Mendoza
