The unfortunate thing is that his personality won't work with therapy; he will never, ever admit that he NEEDS it, which is the first thing he'll have to do in order to be successful. Also, company level leadership has enough problems dealing with run-of-the-mill ***duck** ups who get DUIs, beat their spouse, get their car repossessed, etc., without having to deal with a person like AJ.
