Send ‘em to D2 Northeastern in Tahlequah. 1st year of a resurrected program. Nebraska Kearney and UCO on the schedule (brutal). If they act a fool, the Raven Mocker is around.

Don't ya think there might be issues if they re-enter the state of Oklahoma ... maybe straight to McAlester?  🙅‍♀️

Not sure if it was intentional or unintentional, but finding it necessary to clarify that a service academy wouldn't be enrolling those guys was some pretty top notch humor.

Not sure Binghamton would take them or could afford them with the new facilities coming in. If it is EIWA, Bucknell, Drexel, or Lehigh Valley would make more sense.

Lehigh and Bucknell are pretty strong academic schools; feel w/ the nomadic journey's AJ and Anthony have been on it would be a real struggle for them to qualify academically for those two - strictly from their transcripts have to be a mess

This was my thought as well. I’ve seen nothing that suggests AJ has his degree, which means he has a messy transcript to present to schools; lots of credits that are generic, department credits and not actual course specific credits, etc. I’d imagine the more academically inclined institutions will not be an option as a result, and would have ruled out the service academies without any input about them in the original posting.

Not super familiar with all the EIWA programs, but I’ll go ahead and guess American as the landing spot 🤷🏽‍♂️

Not sure if it still holds true, but American used to accept something like 90% of all transfers because of that sweet, sweet private tuition rate. It's somehow simultaneously a very good school with high rankings for communications, polisci, and public affairs but is also a joke of a degree mill for anything else.

Lehigh wouldn't take him this late in academia after multiple transfers unless there is some real tomfoolery and given what happened with Sasso I doubt there is any appetite. It's an outstanding school. Buckner is a top liberal arts school and no way Focus can get in, not that he wants to be around liberals anyway.

My bet is Drexel or Long Island if it's EIWA but honestly Rider is the place that checks all the boxes and that's my pick.

Rider really does except they are MAC so if it's true they are going EIWA than no Rider.  I scratched Long Island off cause Anthony already tried Long Island and it didn't work out but maybe they try again?

EIWA?

Lehigh is the only school of prestige you would imagine someone as accomplished as AJ could end up at. But as many stated, it has prestigious academics.

Market for AJ has trended down. From Iowa, to big payday at UNC, to Nebraska. I would have thought he'd end up at Oklahoma, Arizona State, Michigan, or even UVU or Illinois.

WTF?! Really? Please tell me the dad/family pressed charges and/or got their money back...

Dad was going to press charges, but ended up dropping them. Seems to be a pattern, Anthony has messed up A LOT, but never paid for any of the mistakes. NOW, I am told he has began a new path of good, and is turning his life around. I truly hope this is true.

Bucknell likes to think theyre Ivy League, they take basically no transfers and only recently take a few 5 year students if you can get into a dual major freshman year other wise they dont do redshirts.

Reading and posting:

  • been stated that it is probably EIWA, but eliminated:
    • Binghamton - Prob don't have the money due to the new facilities going to be constructed
    • Lehigh and Bucknell - Standards are too high
    • Its not Army or Navy
  • That leaves as possible landing sites
    • Drexel - did have DeSanto at one point
    • American
    • Franklin and Marshall
    • LIU
    • Hofstra
    • Morgan St
    • Sacred Heart

Are any of those schools able to offer up enough cash to land the both of them?

I like the Rider pick as someone had mentioned and will also add Lock Haven as a possible landing spot if it is not EIWA. They seem to have a way to take troubled pasts and get the best out of them (Marstellar)

F&M also academically not an option.  In my head I scratched LIU and Morgan St off as Anthony already had stints at those schools.  I also scratched American off as I just feel Borrelli doesn't make that move.

at this point, i would assume the price to acquire these two is not going to be a real sticking point...

Do any of those schools offer any NIL? They seem to get minimal support from the administration and not have much for Alumni support.

Drexel basically kicked DeSanto off the team from my understanding.  Not sure they want a twin engine Ferrari.

I don't think you'd need to offer Anthony NIL.  He's not that good.  In fact, he may have to pay a double tuition to get schools to take him.

Desanto has said he did not leave drexel... he was informed he was not on the team anymore by his parents...

pretty cowardly by the coaches...

What was interesting about how he said it was B10 administrations said no. So maybe there was some interest from coaches but smarter heads prevailed.

Obviously he acted a fool at NCAAs. But anyone know more about how this unfolded? I never knew he got booted from Drexel.
