Spreading false information like this should result in a ban.3 points

GWN CLEARLY knows nothing about LEO's and ICE...it is humorous really...the irony is he/she/they thinks and attempts to be "smart" and ends up showing everyone he/she/they isn't...and yet calls others "stupid"3 points

Sheesh, GWN sure does a lot of name calling for calling out name callers.3 points

To bring more facts to the discussion: Just looked at the Ticketmaster schematic. Over 3000 seats sold and they just opened up 2 more sections totaling about 450. Only about 100 of those 3000 sold are up for resale on their site. Don't know how many could be up for sale elsewhere, but probably not many. Anyway, hard to imagine last-minute and walk-up sales won't take that 3000 number quite a bit higher. (Because they're opening new sections as needed in the 15,000-capacity arena; it means most of those several thousand tickets have been sold to real people, not ticket merchants that can't make any money in this situation.) Should be a decent crowd.3 points

Aren't you the guy that said ICE wasn't LEO, and then had a post about them being LEO?3 points

Isn't the point of a redaction to hide an identity? Thus if Trump's name was redacted you wouldn't know. Sounds like more stupid leftist fake news. Someone didn't think this lie through.3 points

Mayor Muriel Bowser initially expressed fear of President Donald Trump’s plan to crack down on crime in the nation’s capital, but its clear success made her change her mind. After Trump announced his plans to deploy National Guard troops and assume oversight of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) to tackle rising crime in Washington, D.C., Bowser warned such a crackdown would be "unsettling and unprecedented." However, the mayor admitted at a press conference on Wednesday that the federal surge has made a noticeable impact on one of America's most famously dangerous cities. At the briefing, Bowser displayed a chart crediting the influx of FBI, DEA, ATF, U.S. Park Police and Capitol Police with bolstering MPD’s efforts and declared, "We greatly appreciate the surge of officers that enhance what MPD has been able to do in this city." She pointed to one dramatic example, saying, "For carjackings, the difference between this period, this 20-day period of this federal surge and last year represents an 87% reduction in carjackings in Washington, D.C. We know that when carjackings go down, when use of gun goes down, when homicide or robbery go down, neighborhoods feel safer and are safer. So, this surge has been important to us for that reason." Bowser offered further examples of Trump’s new surge driving results. "This is what we think in just a couple of weeks of experience has worked," she said. "Having more federal law enforcement officers on the street — we think having more stops that got to illegal guns has helped. We think that there is more accountability in the system, or at least perceived accountability in the system, that is driving down illegal behavior. We know that we have had fewer gun crimes, fewer homicides, and we have experienced an extreme reduction in carjackings." This is quite remarkable. Bowser then complained about tactics to get here but that rings quite hollow. She couldn't completely give Trump a win, had to complain a little bit so she could keep her bona fides with the Dems. I'm guessing this will be the major part of what is covered by the media in general. mspart2 points

I think Blaze and Forrest both have by american terms very good Par terre. Forrest also has his slide bide series from an upper body perspective and his firemans, blaze has a very good drag to a go behind. There is never a lock to win gold at the olympics, I think Dake in 2024 is a prime example of that. However, I think there is a real possibility come 2028 Blaze,Forrest,Stanich,Mendez,Bassett are all ranked top 20 in the world and if you win a bracket with 5 world ranked guys assuming nobody comes forward that is absolutely dominating 65 (which we have not seen in about 20 years) I think its fair to call that person a gold favorite. Now I am definitely baking in projection with all of those guys but they are all 22 or younger and none of them wrestle free full time yet so I think it is fair to do so.2 points

He's still in his 20's plus has gotten insight on two other great wrestling minds (Koll & Zeke). I like it and can see Cenzo sticking around. Although on the opposite side of the state it will be similar to his WPIAL roots. It's a good fit2 points

Stanich beat Bassett 3 times, who beat Bartlett, who beat Mendez 2x. Fun with the transitive property!2 points

There is literally nowhere that is saying his name was redacted 100,000 times. There were several sources saying they went through 100,000 pages of documents….but literally no one has claimed his name was redacted 100,000 times.2 points

I have to agree with Winners Circle here. The Olympic gold medalist at 65kg is always a world class athletic freak. They will always have a significant "wow" factor, and they will always be able to score from multiple planes horizontally (upper body & legs) and vertically (distance & in tight). All 4 medalists in the 2024 tournament gave up 6 to 12 points in a WIN because they score at will. This weight class is the definition of dynamic. Who do we have in the pipeline that fits these qualifications? Our 2 best prospects, Blaze and Forrest, have the same two American qualities as always--amazing engine and elite attacks below the waist. That's enough to be in medal contention in a perfect scenario, but not to win 65kg gold in an olympic year. Where's the guy with the "wow" compared to the speed or power and variety and creativity we will see from whichever young insanity emerges from Japan, India, Russia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Iran, etc.?2 points

I see your point. But on the other hand, Mendez lost to Real Woods, who I could legitimately see Stanich beating.2 points

The warrant issue you brought up and now are back tracking on. The part about arresting people without a crime is still a big fat lie. You are absolutely moronic on this issue. The silence of your fellow libtrards is all the help they're they can give you here. There really isn't much more to say to a guy who keeps making absurd claims that are just straight up lies. Name 1 person who was arrested without a crime then randomly sent to another country. At this point the only thing you can do is give proof.2 points

I have looked at the data...DC was NOT a safe place to be. That leads me to believe, as with a lot of others including the president, that someone, or multiple people were not doing their job and thus needed help to get things under control. Not sure how that is even debatable but guess everything is these days regards less of the facts and truths behind things. As for liberty, can you point to where having the NG on the streets in DC to help reduce violent crime has, or will erode any law-abiding citizens liberty?2 points

As I've said many times...it does not matter if they are R or D or blue hair, short hair, live in the south, or live in Portland....you do something like this, you are mentally ill and an absolutely piece of s#@$!!! Also, if you need to blame an inanimate object as the reason this happened you are about as mental of a moron as you can get and no better than blaming a political party,2 points

That crap AI seemed to choke on that. If any of you don't realize this is already the world we're living in. Time to wake up. We're here. Trust No One. (And in Trump's case, trust him even less. He's the largest support of this.)1 point

Crowds on Demand pays its contractors an average of $25 to $30 per hour for protests, though some events can pay up to $200 or more for multi-hour work, while the total cost to the client can be much higher. These hourly rates vary based on the event's location, duration, and challenges like early mornings or cold weather.1 point

They can offer the service. I can too. That means zero. Zero evidence that it happens to any significant extent if at all. Nobody's getting hundreds per day just to show up at a protest.1 point

Edinboro, Clarion and Lock Haven vie for the same kids that Kent State does. None of them are still successful due to money and the lack of recognition of a degree. Kent read, Kent write, Kent State isn't really that much of a joke.1 point
