It appears that most wrestling will be shown on either Peacock or NBCOlympic.com. This one is at a reasonable time but many are early AM Eastern. Peacock is streaming so I believe that if you pay for Peacock you don't have recording capability. Is that true? Here is the link to the entire schedule. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other/2024-paris-olympic-games-complete-schedule-with-tv-time-and-streaming-for-every-event/ar-BB1qi3eY?ocid=hpmsn&cvid=e6059e6bf8ff4c1e9b7190d79d02189d&ei=59 FOLLOW UP: NBCOlympics.com will have replays!!!!2 points

I didn’t cry over the other 6999 people, just like I didn’t cry over this one. I just pointed out your piece of shit comment. Which, I guess, is to be expected when a piece of shit comments. We aren’t talking about the incidents in which those other 6,999 people died, we are talking about this incident. But I’m curious if you tried to make light of all 6999 of those other deaths as well? I’m guessing you probably did not. Try to keep your attention maintained on the topic. Do better.2 points

https://www.foxnews.com/live-news/trump-rally-shooting-fbi-investigation-attempted-assassination-july-19 "The shot that killed the man who attempted to assassinate former President Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania last Saturday was a “one in a million shot,” according to a source familiar with the investigation into shooting. The Secret Service sniper who took the shot that killed 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks could only see Crooks’ gun scope and the top of his eye and forehead because the lip of the roof was blocking the sniper’s view." I say bunk, he's got the best equipment & training in the world. If he can see the eye, scope & forehead he can make that shot from 150 yd all day long every day.2 points

I agree, but sidakov might come off worse if we spoke the same language and had been listening to him for 15 years.1 point

Let's be clear, here... Would that be Spud(s)... as it Spuds MacKenzie? OR Spud... as in Mr. Potato Head spud? (Inquiring minds want to know!) D31 point

I guess all things are possible, but if eight casings are found on or below the roof the shooter was on, and his mag is eight rounds short of full, that’s one thing. If however, only three are found, and his mag is three rounds short of full, that’s entirely different. And at this point, can we believe anything they tell us?1 point

“I will start by sharing something with all of you, something I believe in my heart of hearts. It is something I feel strongly you should all hear and should take with you when you leave, and tell your friends too,” Harris told the donors, according to multiple reports. “We are going to win this election. We are going to win.” Just letting my internet friends know there's nothing to worry about, Joe is fine, you've just be duped by cheap fakes.1 point

Peacock is broadcasting the Tour de France. You can watch live or watch it on demand just like the way Espn+ works. All the tour stages are still up. Should be the same for Olympics.1 point

Medical genius Fauci downplayed Trumps assassination attempt wound as superficial. He didn’t say fake.1 point

Yeah, Peacock is pretty aggressive about recording software. You can't even take desktop screenshots w/ their web player iirc1 point

occasionally in "Faces in the Crowd" DOUG HARPER TEMPERANCE, MICH. Doug, who recently graduated from Bedford High, won his weight class in the Class A state wrestling championship for the second straight year to finish his career with a 143-8-0 three-year record. He was 101-0 his last two seasons.1 point

Mocco had a lot of hype, not just because of his wrestling accomplishments, but also because he looked a 28 year old scary man.1 point

Marsteller was a major one, as I remember. 4-time undefeated out of PA. I still wonder (especially with his later success) how his career may have gone differently not being at OSU. The Alton brothers were big names, as was Metcalf and Nickerson. Close to home for me, and was a BIG deal out of the Missouri wrestling scene at the time, was TJ Hill. https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2000-mar-16-sp-9420-story.html1 point

Crazy to think Imar was potentially two Vincenzo joseph inside trips away from maybe being a top 3 all time college wrestler. He would have been 112-1.1 point

Cutting major weight (@H82Lose is a family friend and has confirmed Steed is in the 180s) to get to 157 won't help the injury prone thing that's for sure. In fact it'll probably heighten it.1 point

Well over 7,000 people die each day in the US. Why aren't you crying over the other 6,999+ that died? They were fathers, husbands, wives, daughters, sons, preachers, firefighters, policemen, grandma's and grandpa's, fiances, boyfriends, girlfriends, and all just as important as any other soul on the planet. Because - social media tells you to make this one person you don't know somehow "special" in the long list of those that died Saturday.-1 points

Yep, absolutely. From the very start, that thing appeared staged... and still does. No need to be patient when it was that obvious. (Why wait when obvious happens.)-1 points

I believe she basically nailed it. THIS was a staged ploy. Just as all ploys go, some things went well some went wrong. What Trump has been telling us isn't true. (Given his everyday lie count, this should surprise nobody.) Believe what you will but... Bringing in that kid and letting him do his thing had been approved by LEO and SS - neither of them showed any interest in stopping it. Zero. That just isn't right. SS (Secret Service) is 100% committed to protecting Trump in this situation. I don't doubt that. They wouldn't have let it happen if they didn't already know that the kid was not a real threat to him. Maybe the kid was supposed to shoot over people, but he didn't aim high enough or was too shakey? Hard to say. He was just a kid. We're seeing NOTHING in terms of updates on ballistics, and the locations and details of those who were shot, etc. By now, we should be hearing at least some reports or at least an update on their progress. (Regardless of your political stance, you should be expecting the same thing here.) This thing just keeps stinking more and more.-1 points
