If Mitch can hold 157 for next year, he would probably be the instant starter replacing a graduated Jacques. Messenbrink was the #1 ranked guy at 152 in a weight class that included Cody Chittum, Caleb Henson, Hunter Garvin, Meyer Shapiro, Daniel Cardenas, etc... Not quite the same level recruits. You do whatever you can to get Messenbrink IMO.Yeah I wasn’t necessarily bringing them up to say they are reasons to not bring Mesenbrink in, more so to say that he would already have two guys around him that he already knows well. Riddle is likely a depth guy, long shot to be a factor in the lineup. Millard though I think can be a good starter. The only unlikely destination would be Wisconsin, as funny as it sounds. Based on the Bono and Askren beef.
