Yes, he was the first.  Interestingly he was committed to ISU initially before going to tOSU.  I was considering Chittum the second but I guess he never enrolled at Iowa.

He could have, I guess they made the strategic decision to get the “guaranteed” 1, which honestly kinda backfired with the 2 stall calls
