Not really compete re: money, but give more objective views and discussions that aren’t so opinionated. I’ll cover the cost, and view this as hosts (maybe 3-4) and weekly guests. I'm a fan of WI Wrestle's "Washed Up" podcast with Evan Wick, but they're bad with releasing episodes in a timely manner and promoting them: Nick Kosko is the best interviewer in the business, and it's a shame his videos don't get more views: Quad Pod is a bunch of D3 washouts who complain about everything. The main host is fine, but the other three guys barely speak. One guy just looks silently angry before chiming in once an episode with "I REFUSE TO WATCH RAF ON PRINCIPLE" before going back to playing games on his phone: Edited August 28 by RAFWiki 1 .

I haven’t been on On3 since it became a thing and was there predominantly for football recruiting and tidbits. How is the wrestling facet?

They carry some bias in their opinions but they are open about their fanhoods or alma maters; it carries a guys talking wrestling at the bar vibe to me. On the contrary, being as your entire presence on here seems to be RAF propaganda it feels like your slander and mischaracterization of them stems entirely because they aren't infatuated with RAF? I'm pro Pyles even if I disagree with him. But the podcast is 75% less entertaining since Funky Ben retired. I rarely sit through the whole thing. I would love to see a quality alternative. Basch and Willie may be better at times, but Willie has some annoying quirks. I tried to like Quad Pod, but it definitely has issues that make it difficult to be fully immersed in. If you want really bad, there is Cactus Wrestling. Similarly bad is BEG wrestling. So, can't wait for you guys to get started!!!! Dispassionate Penn State grad and fan.
H82Lose Posted August 29 Posted August 29 Go for it. I will help set up some names out there for you, coaches and wrestlers. We need to hurry, the groups I am close to, are JR's and SR's this year, so we are on the clock. I can get a few coaches, and I can get some former "older" AA's. We could mix it all around, and talk to some D2 and Juco kids and coaches. Kinda show how much of a grind and you truly have to LOVE wrestling at those levels. I will help in any way that I can.

It used to be called the Intermat podcast…Did something happen between them and Intermat/Willie? I’d agree with your description of them. Not bad, but a little too much profanity for my liking. I know the one guy is from Bloodround but he doesn’t talk much on QuadPod.

I respect Ryan Holmes trying to branch out on his own after getting canned by both Flo and InterMat, but the other hosts add nothing to the show .
