No, if putting up 10% that would be to a bail bondsman, who would put up the other 180k.  If not, has to put up full 200k and that would be given back when accused shows for court.....or that is how I think it works.

That depends.  Some places a friend, family member, associate of the defendant can put up the 10% cash and if they fail to appear their bail is revoked and a warrant is issued.   The 10% they had put up is lost and the other 90% is due.

I don't know how it works in NE or where Ferrari was arrested.   I know some places work as I described.

Didn’t he just get engaged a month or so ago? I wonder what the fiancé thinks about all this and if she’s sticking around. Especially if the Palacio rumor is true.

She was the pregnant woman who was strangled. They have parted ways.

Absolutely no idea if it’s true.    So take that however you want.

Someone on fb is claiming Dylan palacio posed as a IG thot / hot chick and tried to lure Aj out to meet him.   There are screen shots of the instagram DMs.      He claims he got his lat / long from them and tipped off the cops.

really hope it’s true.  But who knows.

This scene is going to be hilarious in the comedy movie they make about aj's life in ten years.

I can already see how this will play out long-term.

Focus will sat he was on a mentality-altering PED that caused him to behave this way, and he would never do that under a normal state of mind. "Got some grey market peptides online after RFK told me to." Judge/jury will convict. Focus will get out quick because ✨famous athlete✨ then go on another libtards grift hoping to buy his way onto the enormous Jan 2029 pardons list.

Wow. Just…wow. I went back on his Instagram to find the proposal reel and it’s been taken down, so pretty much confirms it was her. It didn’t seem like that long ago, but at least she found out right away what married life would be like…

I wonder if he knows how women beaters get treated in prison…

I don't really follow his social life.  I'm not sure how long ago the proposal happened, but from what I recall at the time it was taken down almost as quickly as it went up so I never saw it.  Before the arguments about greco started in elijedi06 posted some screenshots that were supposed to be from the pregnant lady's social media.  That seems to confirm that she is the ex-fiancée and her baby is due in December.  Because I kind of missed the brief engagement I don't know how that timeline matches with the proposal, but it seems plausible that it could be his kid.

Analyzing his chances of getting a long jail term here the pregnancy may be a factor one way or the other.  DV cases often fall apart because the couple reconciles and the victim becomes uncooperative.  If she is pregnant with his kid even if she is not open to reconciling, which is a bad idea, she might not think it is in the best interest of her child to have his/her father serve a long prison sentence.  Conversely she could look at this as an opportunity to keep him away from her child for a loong time.  This is of course assuming she is pregnant with his kid.

Yeah, how dare she not ever want to reconsile with the psychopath who choked her while she was pregnant with his child. What a "bad idea".

This is the one i was waiting for. What the actual hell is wrong with you?

Not what I meant.  Reconciliation would be a bad idea, but it happens a lot in DV cases

This is likely, but he's so greedy in his lies that you know the story is gonna be "After losing to a guy with a lot of mysterious acne and having 4 knee surgeries in a week, I took some products a friend recommended which caused me to lose 35 pounds and commit domestic violence", or incoherent nonsense to that effect.

And to clarify, the bond company requires that the $180,000 be secured with a deed to house or land, etc.

So, the Ferrari clan could lose their house if/when AJ's bail is revoked?

Lose their house if AJ skips out. Is that what you mean?

Yes, sorry.

I am, fortunately, blissfully ignorant as to the workings and terminology associated with that portion of our legal system.

Doubtful ... not gonna lose a house over $180k plus pretty sure TX is one of those states where if declare bankruptcy they can't take your house or car.

Penn State fans should be pretty well versed in legalities…I mean they’ve had a significant criminal incident or two in Happy Valley…

Yes that can be the case.  I don't know how it works in NE.  At a minimum someone affiliated with AJ would have to pay $20,000 cash to the court, but they may have to pay $20,000 to a bail bondsman and put up up the house as collateral against the $180,000.

I recall Pat Downey's family had to use real estate as collateral to get him out of jail when he was arrested in high school.  Not sure if that was with the court or a bail bondsman that paid cash to the court.  I don't know how it works in MD either.

"My father's brother, Mickey, put up his house as a bond for $100,000 to bail out Pat for the fight at the Turkey Bowl [in 2009]. The bail for the fight with the midshipmen [in 2010] was $50,000 and my friend Rich Mitchell put up his house," said Patrick Downey Jr.

"The bail in the third incident and the one which led to him being placed into home-school status was originally set at $500,000," said Patrick Downey Jr. "But that was subsequently lowered to $50,000 at the bail review, and my same friend again put up his house. For the case in Anne Arundel County, my parents paid for his representation, which has been their contribution towards the legal fees."

There are things to call out le duke for, the audacity of not knowing the ins and outs of the criminal justice system state by state while being a penn state fan is not one of them.

Ferrari is going to convert to Mormonism, go to Utah and wrestle at Utah Valley. Maybe even do a two year Mormon Mission to show one and all he is a changed guy?
