I am asking the board this question. What does DEI hiring in the airline pilot world mean? What does DEI entrance to medical school mean? What does DEI hiring in the University professor mean? What does DEI hiring in the NFL players mean? What does DEI hiring in anything mean? In my opinion, you would automatically suspect that some folks were hired over those that were more qualified. Now that might not be true, but the suspicion is there. Now it could be that women and minorities are better at the job that all other applicants. Or it could mean that women and minorities are worse that more qualified candidates who didn't make the DEI cut. This is the problem with DEI. Do you want a less qualified surgeon working on you?
