Just curious - where was Austin O’Conner?

I’m seeing a picture of the individual 2023 D1 champs all over the place.  Only nine of them though.  They had to want AOC in it.  Anyone know the story?

There is a picture of him drinking a bud light, supposedly in the concourse.  It seems to be the reason.  He has his warmups on, and his holding the beer in the same hand as his trophy, so the story checks out.  It was definitely shortly after awards.

I can guarantee this isn't true because I have never met a southside Chicago person in my life who drinks anything but Miller Lite
