  1. Pretty sure this is the answer. U20s are in Bulgaria aren't they? They are both in the EU and NATO as well. So is Croatia.
  2. Another hat to throw in the ring at 141lbs (if Swiderski and Jamison are 149/157 and not going back down to 141) is Carter Young. He beat Bartlett, albeit in MFS and on the backside at WTT via 10-0 tech. Before anyone clasps on to that being the backside, the match on the frontside at the Open was 5-3 for Bartlett - so not a blow out. I think you go who your best two options are in Jamison, Swiderski, and Teague at 149/157 and I wouldn't care if we see all three at some amalgamation of both weights before the new year, so long as they settled it by then so whoever goes 157lbs can settle in to it by conferences.
  3. But they're on the same team. I don't think he is beating him, let alone taking the spot from him. I would be okay being proven wrong, though. How sick would that be?
  4. x2 It doesn't make any sense. Especially when the only real hole he seems to have, that is apparent right now, is that he is small at 74 KG. He needs to add size. And anyways... there isn't a soul at 165lbs who is going to come close to beating him next season. Why would he cut the extra eight pounds?
  5. No, not at all. I just thought his movement last season in the few matches he wrestled at 165lbs didn't look as good as when he was at 174lbs. He's a 0.500 wrestler if he goes 174lbs next season (losing record in the B1G, likely - winning otherwise). If he goes 165lbs, I don't like his chances.
  6. I like this pickup. I don't know if I like him at 174lbs, though. I think I prefer Shannon at 174lbs and O'Neil at 165lbs. Honestly, if Marines decides 165lbs is the weight he wants to go, then both of them are out of luck for 165lbs. High hopes for Marines.
  7. Also, @TNwrestling, see below. my Brosef. I should have proper nouned that bitch - my apologies.
  8. I might get him on the mat, but I am also not in too shabby of shape. 134lb 1988 version of me would beat the piss out of me... but I am still pretty scrappy for an old dog. Still get all the kids at the open mats.
  9. They really aren't too. Carr has a much longer frame and room to grow, not to mention world class quickness and power. Caliendo reminds me of Sean Sherk... short little arms and gym muscles.
  10. See below. You already conceded, brosef. We all win, though. Ben seems to be high in spirits.
  11. I thought the leaders at AGON ended up becoming the CWA or something like that?
  12. Even if Gilcher were to beat him in the room, Catrabone is like Rogotzke. He is a pinner. I expect Gilcher to vie for the spot still.
  13. He gave Ben 10% credit. That's about right...
  14. That said, it was interesting that an 141lber went in to 157lbs and dominated all season and a fringe AA 165lber dropped and won it all... then the 157lbers beat up the 165lbers at the WTT at 74 KG.
  15. Next topic...
  16. Well, I forgot about Welsh (like an idiot) as well as Ryder over at OSU. Henckel (wow, we both messed that spelling up ), should be good at 86 KG as well.
  17. I know Haines grew in to 174lbs well enough to contend at NCAAs, I don't know if he has the frame to go 86 KG. That said, I welcome being proven wrong. I don't know if Starocci will stick around for the cycle and there isn't anyone else that is going to go 86 KG for the NLWC (MAYBE Mirasola/Barr?)... Actually... Henkle (sp) will likely be there, as will Cunningham, but they won't be ready by then (??).
  18. What I think happens, and this is my prediction, not what I want to happen, is that he does make that drop back down. O'Toole, Haines, and Hamiti are all likely going back down - especially with Zahid, Dake, Starocci, PK all up at 86 KG for this cycle. O'Toole, I definitely want back down. Hamiti I want to go up. Haines? I don't know about him, yet. Wick? I wish he'd have gone through with his transfer to Croatia (although it appears his brother might yet do it).
  19. Why can't he try to grow in to 86 KG like his coach?
  20. You're going to get it blocked for me. Edit: Honestly... were that to get censored to be 'turdbiscuit' I believe the world would be a wonderful place still.
  21. I didn't see anyone claim they covered it all. Many were assumed to cover large portions... but a large portion could be $50k to some or $5k to others. It's nonsense to try to paint someone in a negative light that offered any sort of monetary help and/or any sort of social media promotion towards help. Better than 8 billion plus still isn't good enough? These cunts (Paul/White) should get our gratitude for this. We can hate on them for the 50 million other things they actually di that is wrong or unethical. For this, I say thank you.
  22. You're still wrong. You know that. You said he didn't cover medical expenses 'like he said.' That means he didn't cover any, not all.
  23. I guarantee you that you are wrong. Even if he 'only' donated $5, that makes your statement wrong.
