  1. I meant the readable one. Typically for a tournament of this level they will have rolled out a weight class per day starting a week (or more) ago.
  2. Is Flo not doing a preview for the premier tournament of the year, pre-postseason?
  3. No he wouldn't have. He was physically incapacitated.
  4. Reno and Hill have done their Alpha, as has Williams, per Track (ignore the grade)...
  5. Not so sure it matters, but in the context of AWA, Hopke is not one of them. I am sure you knew that, but others reading might not.
  6. Nicky Skeletor was a 0x placer, 1x NQ, and had zero wins at NCAAs when he left for Rutgers. The only gent on the roster who fits that mold ks Facundo.
  7. Also ignored was the fact that their NIL dried up, so unless they were okay making pennies in comparison to the years prior - they were going to go bag hunting.
  8. It isn't really all lies. It has shifted from 'rumors' and about 20-25% accuracy to actual smoke and about 75-80% accuracy. More people do tell him *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me* now than before when he was some pleb bickering with other keyboard warriors in the Facebook group MMA Topics.
  9. All fair points. I concede.
  10. I think the driving factor is that those who are unhappy who are fans fully believe that with AWA essentially being a feeder program to UW, it would make them relevant on the national stage and competing for a trophy every season. Imagine UW closing out every dual with Mesenbrink - Mulvaney/Whiting/Scoles - Sinclair/Mirasola - Mirasola/Sinclair - Mirasola for next few years. It is a pretty black and white thinking as well. Meaning 'AWA (Max/Ben) will send all their guys' as if the individuals would automatically choose Wiscy over Penn State, Mizzou, or UNI. Edit: Where I was initially going with it is that AWA is relevant now because of Ben (and Max and John Mesenbrink). That means get them now while they're hot and Bono is not.
  11. IF Facundo is the odd-man-out at PSU... how about him at 165lbs for Michigan? Has he graduated yet?
  12. What is funny is the scores are(were) almost opposite. Cochran supposedly won via Major over Barr and Facundo over Kasak via 8-3 Decision. That said, the margins are thin in the Kasak/Facundo dynamic. I think you send Facundo still. If Barr flipped a Major to a Major, I think you go off whomever is hot until B1G season rolls around, then you go with who you are determining to be the B1G starter end-of-year.
  13. Please don't cry about being in his Farcebook page. It is very easy to get around that.
  14. I am not-so-secretely hoping for Gilcher to pull a Trephan and go from Indiana to Michigan for 2nd Semester. Chances just went down because Gilcher beat Lillard, but Lillard appears hobbled right now.
  15. This isn't accurate. Whoever orchestrated ASU to the B12 after the B1G poached the P12's top four teams is the person responsible for the jump. ASU 2024-25 Schedule so far... Result - Opponent (W/L) W48-7 - Wyoming (2W - 9L) W30-23 - Mississippi State (2W - 9L) W31-28 - Texas State (6W - 5L) L30-22 - Texas Tech (7W - 4L) W35-31 - Kansas (5W - 6L) W27-19 - Utah (4W - 7L) L24-14 - Cincinnati (5W - 6L) W42-21 - Oklahoma State (3W - 8L) W35-21 - UCF (4W - 7L) W24-13 - Kansas State (8W - 3L) W28-23 - BYU (9W - 2L) Total OPP W-L, 55W - 66L Avg Opp W-L, 5.0W - 6.0L AS 2023-24 Schedule... W49-0 - Southern Utah (7W - 5L), FCS opponent who finished 4th in their conference) L27-15 - Oklahoma State (10W - 4L) L29-0 - Fresno State (9W - 4L) L42-28 - USC (8W - 5L) L24-21 - California (6W - 7L) L27-24 - Colorado (4W - 8L) L15-7 - Washington (14W - 1L) W38-27 - Washington State (5W - 7L) L55-3 - Utah (8W - 5L) W17-7 - UCLA (8W - 5L) L49-13 - Oregon (12W - 2L) L59-23 - Arizona (10W - 3L) Total Opp W-L, 101W - 56L Avg Opp W-L, 8.4W - 4.7L Vastly different schedules. Yes, give the coach credit, but the person/persons who orchestrated ASU -> B12 are the real magicians. Whether you want to give USC/UCLA and/or Oregon/Washington credit or the B1G in general... but had ASU had to play the same schedule it doesn't go nearly as well for them as their current 9W - 2L would indicate.
  16. I know hindsight is there, but I had thought I posted it yesterday - apparently it was sitting there in my memory tab, or wtf ever it is called when the site saves what were posting... BUT... Brawnagel losing to Sinclair was not a surprise, and I was eluding to not being surprised, even picking Sinclair (sorry... sue me). That said, I believe they have rolled together a few times in the last year (national team camps) and Sinclair has some of the highest match IQ and after-match adjustments of any incoming frosh, ever... maybe even the actual highest. If he has wrestled with someone, even if not an actual match, I think he stands a very good chance to beat just about anybody - so far as there are no other serious gaps there (size, strength, skill, etc.), which Brawnagel does not have.
  17. Webster's victory is impressive. Prior to this season, if you ignore his post-injury results last year, he had held everyone else he had lost to to a regular Decision. The guy just doesn't give up points... Webster went Lebron and took over the match - with ease.
  18. It did happen.
  19. If Facundo doesn't contend for a title (at 157) this year, I think he may end of heading out. To me, Sealy peaked a couple years ago and hasn't shown to be as much of a sure-fire as he was, with convincing losses to people he had beaten (or at least outperformed) prior. I am thinking specifically Dee Lockett, btw. It will be interesting to see. I think 2026 could end up being this at the end: 125 - LL (Desmond to RS) 133 - Nagao (Davis to RS) 141 - Blaze (Davis to RS) 149 - SVN 157 - Kasak (Duke to RS, Sealy riding pine) 165 - Mesenrbink (Haines to RS, Sealy riding pine) 174 - Ryder (Haines to RS) 184 - Barr 197 - Mirasola 285 - Mirasola I know it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense, but with Barr and Facundo being best friends since they could shoot a shot, I wouldn't be entirely surprised to see both Facundo and Barr head out to OSU, UofM or somewhere else together. Insert Ryder at 184 and don't have Haines redshirt if that happens.
  20. That plan is pretty simple. Watch the season of Fargo with Jon Hamm (Season 5?).
  21. What? Have you ever watched Bo wrestle? He looks like one of the Brands bros out there - in a different body, obvi.
  22. That is legitimately the one I was thinking of starting with, too. I believe the series is anthology in design (season to season, that is), right?
  23. You are spot-on, really. The guy's style is very 'Iowa Style' from an optics point of view.
  24. So apparently I haven't seen the show called Fargo, yet. And now because of embargo and fargo sounding similar I want to. Thanks guys. As if I don't have enough shit going on.
  25. He didn't mesh well at the WWE. The fanbase as well as many of their roster had an issue with him having been accused of the 'R' word. Not the Shane Gillis 'R' word, either.
