It is also against the law for illegals to enter the country. Yet it happens and we make housing accommodations for them. mspart

United States Is Going Off The Deep End To The Right
mspart replied to red viking's topic in Non Wrestling Topics
And you are WHO to make this assessment. Look in the mirror. You might find a bit of projection happening. mspart -
When you focus on details that are not true and get called out on it, it doesn't mean you didn't focus on the details because you assumed everyone on here already knew. You are trying validate a false premise and hoping not to get called out on it. You rightly got called out on it. E. Jean Carroll can't even remember the year this happened. So she is a spot on witness to the behavior that Trump was liable for. Of course she should remember. But she didn't. You can't make much of a case when you can't remember as Christine Blasey Ford found out in a very public way. But it worked because it was Trump. With regard to the felony convictions, I will provide the first three of 34 indictments here and you tell us all what law he broke to have a felony conviction on each indictment: THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK, by this indictment, accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an invoice from Michael Cohen dated February 14, 2017, marked as a record of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. SECOND COUNT: AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an entry in the Detail General Ledger for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, bearing voucher number 842457, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. THIRD COUNT: AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an entry in the Detail General Ledger for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, bearing voucher number 842460, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. Now in order to make these felonies, he had to have intent to commit another crime. Please state that other crime that he was convicted of. Does it not seem extremely strange to you that a felony indictment is not specific as to waht other crime was committed to make it a felony? Because, the business records issues are misdemeanors and past the statute of limitations, unless they can prove another crime, whereupon it becomes a felony. What specific other crime did he commit for felony conviction on these charges? You can't state what it was because it was never presented in court with evidence. The judge told the jurors that they did not have to agree on what Trump supposedly did out of 3 different choices. Just that he did something and that would be enough for conviction. So please tell us what he was convicted of specifically. You can't have a felony conviction unless the charge is specific. But it worked because it was Trump. So please illuminate our minds and be specific. mspart

Evidence the left is much more radicalized than the right

This definitely shows the country has gone too far to the right. Try again. mspart -

RV, honestly, this just all sounds like projection. mspart -
The Olympics are finally coming!! mspasrt

Indeed, this is the only explanation other than Kool-Aid. mspart

Then they were doing a good job of faking surprise. Which I will give you. mspart

I agree with that perspective. With the exception of Kamala, I think there are many Ds that could fill the role. Most obvious is Gaven Newsome governor of CA. I think he is really the only one and CA voters would gladly vote for him if he would leave the state. https://www.sacbee.com/news/politics-government/capitol-alert/article284398415.html Californians worry about deficit, state’s direction. How it affects Gavin Newsom’s popularity mspart

She is a joke. Normally a press secretary is someone to not be contended with. Karine is a joke. Even Psaki was better than her. You didn't mess with her. mspart

I disagree. They had a plea bargain for 13 months that got added to until it was 18 months. They were in agreement. Then after the plea deal was over, they wanted to add on to that anther charge and another 22 months. They had already won. There was no need to go further. I'm blaming the DOJ for not abiding by their agreement. The man took his own life and that is bad. But he was brought there by unscrupulous DOJ attorneys that for them enough was not enough. DOJ did not kill him but presented him with the reasoning to do so by not being men/women of their word and trying to pile on. They did not kill him but I think it is clear that he would not have done so if they hadn't changed the terms of the agreement. And to braves, show where he was charged with destruction of property and I'll take back my "moot point". Otherwise it is a moot point to discuss tapping a window. The article made clear that he did not storm the capitol. I notice you don't mention that. You say he was charged with it. Well, he was not charged with destruction of property because he did not destroy property. You are just cherry picking what you want to read? mspart

Trump lies, Biden exaggerates. No way the 25th amendment is invoked until Biden is completely unable to think or speak. And even then, I see similarities with the movie DAVE. They won't give up on him until he dies. As long as he is on life support, all will be good. With all the big shots giving him their unending love and support, he will be on the ballot in November. mspart

Yes the cheap fake excuse was an albatross. And everyone knew it when it was proffered. It has been apparent for a long time that he is getting worse. And for his aides to have to say, "that man has so much energy I can hardly keep up with him. And how he runs meetings is amazing, he is really engaged" Well, that is not what we see. When we seen him he walks like an old man, talks like an old man, falls down like an old man, and wanders off like an old man. So to try to tell us he is somehow miraculously different behind closed doors is stretching credulity. But I believe the CNN pundits actually believed all that drivel because they were stunned right after the debate. STUNNED. They drank the kool aid and it was soooooooooooooooooo apparent. Somehow they thought he was better than he has been showing the last few years. I don't understand. The emperor had no clothes and they all believed it. That is as close an analogy for this I can figure. mspart

Dude, if he wasn't charged with it, then he can't be jailed for it. It is moot to discuss this because he wasn't charged with it. mspart
-
Biden said so. And we know that there are things that Biden knows and one of those is how to tell the truth. He told us so after the debate where he lied an awful lot. mspart

Oh the Ds are in trouble. mspart -
Was he charged with destruction of property? mspart

Yes, that's it! mspart

Watched Midway last night. Good movie and I'm wondering if they actually encountered that kind of flak from the Japanese. Pretty brutal for sure. mspart

It is apparent if you read this that he did nothing deserving 4 years time. He was there and not much else. He was happy with 18 months, but more than doubling that to 4 years for not doing anything originally charged with. They brought that up after the plea deal. Dirty pool. mspart

Not nearly that cool! mspart
