David Tay lor is in his second year. He's not beating Penn State this year and probably not next year either. Maybe sometime farther down the road.

But the best part is Iowa will be hanging way, way back. Whatever market was left for the PSU competition, DT snatched every bit of it, and the Hawkeye program is close to dead and buried. The difference between Cael winning his second year and David winning in his second year is absolutely apples and oranges. Penn State won with 107.5 points. Cael didn't have to topple the most dominant dynasty that wrestling has ever seen.

On the flip side, Taylor has NIL and Portal which can level up a program quick.
