Didn't he leave Iowa? When did he go back? Is he gonna cut some weight? Does he have a shot yet?

Sorry if i missed something but I don't remember this story line ever having any cohesion.

Word that he was not done at Iowa started filtering out in early July.

Then this came out in early August:

Part of it was that he was going through some mental health stuff. Sitting it out for a bit wouldn't be the worst thing if he's still getting himself sorted. That being said, I'd love to see him challenge for the 184 spot.

I read somewhere he was weighing over 210 pounds. He should just go 197.

He isn't beating out Kennedy, Ferrari or Endene  so he might as well eat

Pretty sure this board (or maybe PSU one) posted a tweet of him saying he was going 174.

he'd better be. I don't care if he gets fat in the off season its time to start justifying this guys existence.

And over 184. It's not July; being over 184 at this time of year is...interesting, given that he plans to go 174.

After seein Endene at U23s, I think Arnold has a better chance against him than PK at this point.  Arnold is better than Endene.  Can he get past the physical gap there, though?  He has the strength, I think.

I would be interested in hearing @VakAttack's take on this.

I'd agree that Arnold has a better shot than PK.  Endene isn't the wrestler that Arnold is in my estimation(take it for what it's worth). Although I imagine Endene has improved since he's been in Iowa...

Disagree.  I think Kennedy looked great last year, and I'm happy for him, but I think Arnold clearly has a better shot there at his more natural weight.  He's a better athlete and will have a size advantage.  Not predicting Arnold to beat out Kennedy.

How do you think he does against Endene?  Endene is also a short king.

Funny enough, Jordan Williams is the tallest projected starter.

If block ends up getting the nod to start at various points, he will also be the tallest starter.

He's 5'10 and a full sized 197 cutting down from his U23 weight of 214.... Arnold is 5'6-5'7.... I expect the physical difference being the difference.

I’d be curious about a match with him and Endene. I think Arnold would win
