Hearing that Gabe Arnold could be going back to Iowa after all?  Which is a little confusing because as its stands, he wouldn't have a starting spot.

You should only stay at a uni as a potential backup if it’s cstardusky u.   It’s unheard of for anyone else to do it.  Thad’s crazy.  I agree with you.

Getting a med RS is shockingly easy.

He would also need to be onboard without competing a full season for two out of three years as he starts college.  In the words of Ricky Watters, "For who? For what?" Bob Nichols who publicly stated he would be "on him" is going to pay him money to ride the pine?

But who are the PSU trolls? And how did it pop into the conversation that we were having?

Those pissing on Gabe for hypothetically wanting to go back.    I’m not going to go back but I think you brought it up as being a bad idea.

Well I assume most high profile recruits want a chance to wrestle - it wasn't a personal judgement.  He did already use his redshirt year.  I think you have seen me post enough to know I am not a PSU supporter or Iowa (or anyone else for that matter)

His dad took up early residence in Iowa for his senior year to get instate tuition.  Wonder if he will move with him or go back to Georgia?  That may determine which school he chooses.

Well, are UNI or ISU options?

no, just theories and rumors

Multiple “journalists” reported it had something to do with him being somewhere other than Iowa while the staff wanted him in Iowa.  Some allegations that he lied about his whereabouts but that part isn’t clear to me.

Can someone explain this please.  He is a student athlete.  It's summer time.  The university is not in regular semester session.  Doesn't the NCAA still have restriction on the number of hours athletes can train with their university team?  How could the program then dismiss for such a reason?

PS:  Its more likely he was hunting racoons out back of CHA and took out the trophy racoon Tom had been stalking on trail cam for 3 months.

The original story implied that Arnold's cover being blown was due to instagram photos which means one of two things:
1) One of the Brands has Instagram or
2) Someone ratted him out (dishonorable IMO)

It was allegedly to work a campaign, which may have fallen under NIL.  Or more simply, he lied and the coaches, in their role as coaches, said that is unacceptable.
