To be fair, I don’t think Starocci was all that “loud” about it.   But yeah, Snyder and Brooks were pretty much the loudest of anyone.

Everyone has their faults.   But it does seem incongruous to repeatedly invoke your attachment to Christianity and not really adhere to its basic fundamentals.   But we all struggle to live as we know we should live.   Hopefully they will get this figured out.

Given Penn State's history wouldn't one expect the AD and/or president would immediately come out and make a statement?  Generally these days you want to be ahead of the story.  It wouldn't have to be much just minimum:

"we are following university proceedure"

"information has been turned over to the police and they are investigating"

"we've hired an outside firm to investigate"

etc.

Has any such statement been made or released?

Alternatively the president could just announce: "this is one big nothingburger!"

Considering Starocci is no longer a student and there is no indication the police were involved with the most serious allegation, I doubt they say anything unless the police do get involved or more accusers come forward.

Is anyone actually shocked about brooks taking peds?  He already failed a drug test before.  Adderall is absolutely a performance enhancing drug.  I wonder what he failed for this time? I wouldn't be surprised if kasak and Barr also shop at this grocery store.

I am suddenly a David Taylor and Mark Hall fan.  I wondered why Marky left the golden valley for Penn RTC.  It makes a lot of sense now.

He failed the Adderall test because of a paperwork issue.

Adderall is used as a legal PED. 

The list of athletes who have a TUE for Adderall is incredibly long. I'm fairly sure that was Dake's issue when he lost at the Olympics and spoke about his issue with a medication and then looked night and day different after he got it sorted out with the Japanese Doctor. 

 

Baseball, Football... pretty much every Olympic Gymnast in the last 30 years, all had TUEs for Adderall, like 20% of MLB has a TUE despite the fact ADHD, one of the most overdiagnoses conditions is only diagnosed in 4-5% of people. 

 

If it's a suspension for not getting a TUE again, he's an idiot. If it's for... steroids or HGH, he's just a cheat.
