Kind of a deeper question, but does recidivism matter in this case? I think in terms of public reaction it wouldn't change anything, unless you think everyone assumed it wasn't his first time, but I don't most thought about that much. However if he got caught again, we'd all agree that's worse than getting caught once, but I'm not sure how that makes any moral sense, unless you pointed out that the 2nd offence was guaranteed to destroy his marriage while the first just made it very possible.....IDK just voicing my uncertainty.

Heard eight of the officers are suing Snyder's ole baby arm for emotional damages.

Not Snyder himself... the pork sausage explicitly.  They use great detail in the definition and explanation of the 'defendant.'
