If only that Tool was able to go up to 174 in March and we could get an epic Finals matchup the fans deserve

I’m hoping for that next year if Starocci comes back

Highly doubt Carter comes back for a run for a 5th.  I'll actually applaud him for it if he walks away after this year.  Getting 5 opportunities to wrestle at NCAAs is one too many in my book.  KOT should get an asterisk of he wins his 4th next year

Meh, this will be an interesting debate since it’s possible O’Toole would have redshirted

Not possibly, 100% was the plan for him to redshirt. I believe after he won his first in an interview he said if it wasn’t for the “free year” he was going to redshirt.

Did Starocci win nats in his first year, or after a red shirt year?  I'm too lazy to do the work looking it up.

He redshirted in 2019-2020, though there was no NCAAs anyway.

Caiden Pelc of Lindenwood with the fall over Dustin Norris of Purdue.  Pelc is a long gangly wrestler for 133.  Even taller than Norris which is rare at the weight.  And he was winning prior to earning the third period fall.  It was the only match won in the dual for Lindenwood but a nice upset anyway.

Norris is listed at 5'9.  Pelc must be 5'11 or 6'0
