All they have to do is implement maximum testosterone levels or something.   Even when trans were allowed in the NCAA there were such requirements, so no group should be mad.

There is a rule in the wnba by laws that says real women are excluded?   There isn’t.   The current liberal definition of a real woman are these two brave women.

Yes, organizations may define eligibility for membership under the concept of free association.    But organizations should use words to define eligibility very carefully and precisely.  Your concept of blood chemistry eligibility could lead to PED disqualification in 2 directions:  too much performance enhancing drugs is a disqual and too little performance eroding drugs is a disqual.

That would be a change in their rulebook to apply only because these men have entered the draft.   It is an admission that they have no idea what they are doing by not even being able to define what a woman is.   Don't worry about testosterone levels, just say women who were born female are the only candidates that can play in the WNBA.   Then the case is closed.  But that would create a mob of the trannies who would harrangue them so they won't do that.

A judge issued a protective order for Royce White’s wife and child due to credible evidence that he abused them.  Anyone saying that “we must protect women” and simultaneously cheering for Royce White to play in the WNBA needs to STFU.
