So any non government company etc.  should be able to do the same.  Just hire the smartest best person for the job.  No more quotas or diversity.

True I don't watch it.  But what does WNBA mean.   Women's National Basketball Association.   So by definition, women play in the league.   That means men don't and haven't up until this time.   Yes of course they can allow it.   But that then wrecks the WNBA term and makes it meaningless.  It's their brand, they can screw it up if they want, but it is really stupid.
