Not sure what employer doesn't match based on schedule unless it's a mom & pop that can't afford it, which I have a large number of reasons to avoid. I frontload mine every year now. It's a big game sales hunter approach - no paycheck for a minute at the beginning of the year, but I get it over with and then the match happens and then every two weeks is smooth sailing.
