  1. Just knowing you won the interwebs is prize enough. Congrats !! mspart
  2. Actually not true. RV told us he voted fro Trump so that he could demonstrate to the country what a dunce Trump is. He seemed vindicated in 2020, but not so much in 2024. mspart
  3. Just guessing that it had nothing to do with her legal troubles. RV has declared her completely innocent so that can't be it. https://abc7ny.com/post/wisconsin-supreme-court-temporarily-suspends-milwaukee-judge-following-arrest/16286519/ "This court is charged in the Wisconsin Constitution with exercising superintending and administrative authority over the courts of this state. In the exercise of that constitutional authority and in order to uphold the public's confidence in the courts of this state during the pendency of the criminal proceeding against Judge Dugan, we conclude, on our own motion, that it is in the public interest that she be temporarily relieved of her official duties." Looks like I was wrong. mspart
  4. We went to DC recently. That was good. First day was the Holocaust museum. It traces the history fro WWI, to Weimar, to Hitler, to the final solution. Very sobering. After 3-4 hours of that, we went to the Black History Museum just down the road. We were hungry so we went to their cafeteria. Best food of all time!!! It was great. A bit spendy, but really fantastic fried chicken, cornbread, sweet potato, pecan pie etc. I highly recommend it. The museum itself was also a sobering story of how black africans were enslaved and brought over to the Americas and were very ill treated. Highly recomenned both of these as well as the Air and Space Museum at the Mall and the Udvar-Hazy at Dulles. Hoping to make it to Italy again in the next year or so. 3-4 weeks this time, maybe visit another country or two. mspart
  5. And the judge that won suspended your hero judge. mspart
  6. So the highest court in WI suspends the judge, apparently based on nothing. So it is of no concern to RV. His legal mind is much greater than those of the WI SC. Hubris is amazing. mspart
  7. If I read what Schumer said correctly, he thinks Trump stinks because his poll numbers are not good but his own poll numbers are worse, but they come and go and are of no concern. You just can't make this stuff up. mspart
  8. It seems a certainty that the midterms will bring in a House run by Dems, it almost always happens. But if Trump can get the trade deals he wants thus improving the economy and markets, keep the border closed, and lower taxes while lowering spending, the blue wave may not happen. Those are big things, but will be responded to enthusiastically if all come to pass. People are happy with progress in closing the border. If he can get to the others, there should be no blue wave taking over in the House. Impeachment would be all but impossible if that happens. mspart
  9. Unless it is not dismissed. What will you be crying if that is the case? I think there is ample evidence that she concealed or harbored, or shielded from detection this alien. The actual law as it is currently written. Obviously stopping a judicial proceeding to escort the alien and his lawyer to go out a back door can easily be defined as shielding and concealing. Harboring has a time length by connotation and that might be tougher to prove. But only one has to be proved to bring conviction of the law and bring on its punishment. https://codes.findlaw.com/us/title-8-aliens-and-nationality/8-usc-sect-1324/ 8 U.S.C. § 1324 - U.S. Code - Unannotated Title 8. Aliens and Nationality § 1324. Bringing in and harboring certain aliens Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by FindLaw Staff (a)Criminal penalties (1)(A) Any person who-- (i) knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien; (ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law; (iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation; (iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or (v)(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or (II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts, shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B). mspart
  10. https://www.wisn.com/article/wisconsin-supreme-court-suspends-milwaukee-county-judge-dugan/64625821 Sorry RV, even your WI SC didn't like what Judge Dugan did. Suspended ! Temporarily of course. I'm sure if she is acquitted or not charged, they will reinstate. If she is prosecuted and convicted, I'm guessing she just lost her job. Now why would this be? They obviously did not consult with RV on this action. I'm guessing if they had consulted with RV, this action would never have been taken. mspart
  11. This is what leftists do, what communists do. They incite violence to change the situation. mspart
  12. She was arrested based on her escorting the illegal and his lawyer out a private door. RV says that is not true. I have read that in one other place. If that is true, then probably the charges will be dropped or this will become apparent during trial. DOJ should verify if that new thought is true or not. But, she stopped the proceedings of the trial for this guy to escort him out a door that he and his lawyer are not supposed to go out. That is harboring or concealing or at the very least, the intent to do so. This will be interesting for sure. If this new story is true, then it will be interesting to see how this plays out. mspart
  13. Stopping illegals at the border is a good thing. Not being impeached is a good thing. It is an R house so he won't be impeached for 2 years unless he really screws up. Addressing DEI is a good thing. Why would anyone be against hiring the best person becauir they are the best person? If we say we are hiring based on skin color or gender, not merit, then we admit we are not hiring the best. There is no reason why people of color or women cannot be the best. Don't we want the best to fly our airplanes, control our airspace, drive our busses, etc? Seems imminently obvious. mspart
  14. I want to see a news report with these in them from one of the "mainstream media" outlets. No way do they record there anymore. mspart
  15. If you allowed him to hang out at your place after knowing ICE wanted him, I would think that would be illegal. 1907. Title 8, U.S.C. 1324(a) Offenses Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3). The bolded one would apply to you as it does to the judge. mspart
  16. Based on what? mspart
  17. You may just get this chance. mspart
  18. Got smoke tubes for cheese . Looking forward to doing that soon. Tillamook now has smoked cheddar with hickory. mspart
  19. Boy that just got really real for her. As a judge, she should have thought of the consequences of her actions for herself and others. As a leftist, it probably never entered her mind. mspart
  20. So the thread was about arresting a judge. The reason was because the judge assisted in the escape of a known illegal immigrant that was under arrest for abuse while under trial for said abuse. That is against the law. She should be arrested. That is the thread topic. mspart
  21. The tech fall criteria did not change when they went to a 2 point takedown. So it was harder to get a tech fall unless you could gut or lace your way into oblivion. mspart
  22. The original post breakdown: Because she disagreed, basically. Thesis is that she was arrested because she disagreed with federal law. She very well could have disagreed with established federal immigration law. Does that give her a right to break that law, circumvent that law? If so, she is above the law, and you continually says that no one is above the law. The blatant attempt to become a dictator is getting increasingly disturbing. How does a person attempt or try to become a dictator? That is a crazy idea. They either do or they don't. You are not a dictator by enforcing established immigration law that has been on the books for like forever? Just because the law was not enforced in the previous admin, does not mean that the current one cannot enforce it. Homan has been saying this will happen if people obstruct justice. Looks like he was right. A true constitutional crisis. Are you kidding me? Enforcement of the law is the basis for a constitutional crisis? It was the non enforcement of the law that was the crisis. Your opinion here , like in other threads, is not based on any fact or law. I do not wish your version of government on anyone. mspart
  23. So you can read the whole Bondi statement : Wild! Attorney General Pam Bondi explains what really happened with Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan that led to her arrest by FBI: "The Judge learns that ICE was outside to get the guy, because he had been deported in 2013, came back into our country, charged with committing these crimes, victim is in court. Judge finds out. She goes out into the hallway. Screams at the immigration officer. She's furious. Visibly shaken. Upset. Sends them off to talk to the chief judge. "She comes back into the courtroom. You're not going to believe this. Takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers. Takes them out a private exit and tells them to leave. While the state prosecutor and victims of domestic violence are sitting in the courtroom." Based on her reported behavior, it does not sound good for the WI judge. If convicted, she should lose her bar credentials, law license, and judgeship. She might be absent for awhile. mspart
  24. I think he got his knee stretched. He got taken down, and rolled twice when he started grabbing his knee. He got rolled one or two more times and stayed down. Tough way to go out. mspart
