Assimilating takes time so misrepresenting the timeline is significant.  Immigrants often live in neighborhoods with other immigrants from the same country and learn English imperfectly or sometimes not at all.  This is why so many cities have neighborhoods named things like Chinatown, Koreatown, Little Italy, Greektown, etc.  Its when their children go to American schools where the assimilation really starts to take off.  The grandchildren you couldn’t tell apart from other Americans.

But.  Aren’t they the literal highest dependent of migrants on welfare.   Why do Mexicans or Italians Greek or what not assimilate better ?    Last place is meaningful on this list

The big question is why would a nation import a major liability?   Perhaps because they need workers.   So then there should be a program to get them trained to work.   But that is missing and >10years they are still 79% of them a liability.   That is not sustainable.  

As many conservatives have suggested, the increase in illegal aliens was a commitment to garner more voters.   Much like the blacks in inner cities, they have kept them poor and uneducated and voting for Ds.   The same appears to be the logic with regard to the Somalis.   

The conundrum is that the Somalis are majority Muslim.  Why do Muslims vote Democrat when dems support homosexuality, sex before marriage, changing genders, and allowing men into womens spaces?   I don't understand that to be honest.   Each of those is patently against Islam.

Not into history or details?

Literally every group you mentioned are well known for the organized crime groups they have operated in this country for decades.  These groups have their origins in poor ethnic enclaves of immigrants in major cities.  Some of these crime organizations have being of a specific ethnicity as a prerequisite - this isn't exactly assimilation, no?  Their criminal endeavors are so notorious that they have been documented in thousands of books, movies, and televisions series.  Whilst Somali refugees are responsible for a not insignificant amount of crime I don't see a movie deal on the horizon.

In the case of Italians and Greeks not many of them are on welfare because they haven't arrived as refugees in the better part of a century and the large waves of immigration from these places ended decades in the past.  Immigration from these places today are mostly educated professionals. On the other hand refugees from Somalia just started to arrive in the US in the 1990s before ramping up in the 2000s.  In the case of Mexican immigrants they receive government assistance at a higher rate than white Americans and the rate would likely be higher still but so many of them don't have legal status in this country and are thus ineligible to receive benefits.  Comparing Somali to Mexican immigrants has the obvious difference of one coming as refugees from a war zone an ocean and a continent away whilst of other is making a planned move to a neighboring country where they are one of the largest ethnic groups to improve their economic outlook.  Which would you bet on to have the better economic outcome?

These comparisons are totally off. Let’s say they picked random samples from the countries you mentioned to take the test. People from different cultures don’t interpret the same questions the same way. There are culture-free IQ tests, but they’re so time-consuming that it’s basically impossible to use them on large samples. In other words, if your samples are big enough to detect meaningful differences in intelligence across nationalities, you can’t really use those culture-free tests.

In the past, there were tons of comparative tests between Black and White people, and most of them showed Whites scoring higher. But later it became clear that cultural factors were influencing the results and the tests weren’t properly standardized.

Even if you use localized tests, comparing scores across countries is still tricky.

There’s a general psychology book by Hilgard that has a chapter on intelligence, and I’d really recommend checking it out. In Iran, it was taught at the undergrad level, and you can probably find older editions on eBay for really cheap. Honestly, read the whole book if you can. But if you can, get the new edition, since it covers more recent findings. If you don’t want to buy it, you can read it for free on archive.org. The book is pretty huge, so it’s really nice to have a physical copy at home and just read a few pages whenever you have time.

There are many variables in testing IQ. The science of it is pretty much perfected. As far as Somalia goes, I can pretty much draw on my own personal experience with respect to their intelligence. The list is accurate and proves itself is the functional societies they produce.
