Northern Illinois is a core member of the MAC in all of its sports as far as I can tell so that seems a little troubling to me that they are leaving their home conference (as opposed to like an SIU Edwardsville who is affiliate only in wrestling (just using them as example) On the bright side, I would have to think that another addition to the PAC 12 is coming soon because I can't imagine a school just leaving an their home AQ conference to go to a non-AQ conference without some assurances that there are plans in place to keep the AQ. Northern Illinios is leaving the MAC in all sports - headed to the Mountain West for football and the rest of their sports are finding a home in the Summit League so I don't think this is in anyway a concern about the future of the MAC wrestling
