That's probably a good point. Also, what stopping these athletes from getting a lawyer and taking each decision from Deloitte to court. That seems to be happening a lot there days.

It's more difficult now that BB became available after signing AJ.   It also gets complicated in that Nebraska is known to take care of the ones that are already there, so there is little to no NIL money left for immediate use.

NIL as it was supposed to be is totally fine; but it was the NCAA refusing to allow/police it from the start that let it immediately become the wild wild west of pay for play that got us where we are

They do police what universities are allowed to do. They do not police an individual athlete receiving however much money for doing a thing.
