There’s a lot of negativity this time of year. So let’s use this thread as an opportunity to say something genuinely nice about a program you cheer against, or are tempted to cheer against.

(I have nothing to add because I am happy for all athletes.)

I know I mock the Cowboys a lot on this board, but I do respect that most of their wrestlers can read and write.

Neil Erisman.  As a freshman in high school, he was already a force at 145lbs.  My alma mater had a successful senior wrestle Neil at a tournament.  After watching Neil's first match, I was surprised at his skill and thought Neil could beat our kid... but... strength against a senior?... Neil was in complete control and pinned our senior like he didn’t belong on the mat. Who is this kid? 20 years later he is coaching Little Rock into something legit. The team is making noise where people least expect it. Kudos to Erisman and the team!

I rarely watch ESPN these days because of the outlandish hosts/personalities they have, but I greatly appreciate the coverage they give the sport every year during Championship weekend; including battling against March Madness.
