I suppose there is a hypothetical situation where Thompson beats Ryder and then so does Merrill.  Would be a tough one for Ryder to be forced to live up to his name (as it relates to a bench)

Sounds like Brayden was low balled, probably by Ohio State because they don’t have $ like the big 3 do and they figured they had leverage, and Thompson just called them on it and said F that offer I’ll just stay in Stillwater.

He’s been there for 4 years, so seems likely he will by the end of this year at least.

Hard to imagine someone willingly wanted to give up a Harvard degree. Unless he'd be a grad student, which he could be. I am completely unaware of he is eligibility wise.

Honestly didn't realize he had been there four years. I haven't followed him, or Harvard, that closely tbh.

I believe the Ivy rule is 8 semesters more than graduated or not. Perhaps whichever comes first?
