I don't think Starocci is that much more talented for a 184 than I think Bartlett is for a 141...I think it's in the mentality and Starocci is supremely confident(he's extremely arrogant as well, but it serves him well). Bartlett should be crushing dudes and he's content to win a duel by a point.

The shots were from a lot of space, took a lot of energy, and were never close. I guess it’s just not who he is, which is strange considering the talent. You’d think “who he is” would include some capabilities and consistency in pouring on some points. Wrestling personality is an interesting thing.
