So just disband the whole organization rather than get rid of the fraud?  I know someone who works for this company, an example of the good that USAID did:

It’s being converted back to its original status under the auspices of the State Department in order to curtail its more malignant endeavors.  The true aid programs will endure to the extent we can afford them.

Aid to Israel is our greatest waste of all, since all it does is breed hatred and make us more vulnerable to the next 9/11, which could very easily have a nuclear element to it. A lot of those people have strength and the courage to stand up to bulies.

Different situation. Ukraine is a much bigger country and we or the UN didn't just hand it over to a specific religious group a few decades ago and turn the rest of the population into 2nd class citizens with zero power, and into tightly packed ghettos. And then take more and nire of what little land they were crammed into.

2. some people are more worried about 20 DOGE dudes auditing the corrupt DC politicians, than the 86K new IRS people auditing everyday citizens 

3. If we fire enough workers from the GOVT to cause a spike in unemployment, yet the GOVT still functions, the govt is too big
