I know you want the last word, so you can have it in 1 second.

Upon further review you can have it in 4 seconds.

"Last word" is garbage speak overused on social media. 90%+ of the time, those that accuse it are the ones that use it.

Best not to lean on that.

So 1 second then.

OH.. WAIT... I stepped away and didn't see the 4 second part. I'm so guilty of that. I did step away, and it was live.

So send daggers, be the exact kind of jerk you dislike on the internet.

I bet you didn't even realize that you've become "that" guy.

Apparently, if I step away and miss a few seconds - you'll be the internet jerk judge and executioner.

Cool - if that's what you aspire to be.

I would have thought you'd aim much higher.

Bro, what are you arguing about

I haven't read anything  in this thread, but I just watched The duel,  nothing shocking, I think van ness and lovett could go either way every time they wrestle,  all I'd lovett scoring was in the last minute.  the only thing is stuck out to me was Kasak is a badass.  Obviously, winning eight on the backside last year is amazing, but the kid is are st

A discussion I was having with WKN. Goes back a few pages.

Why do ask?

Seems like a weird argument. There was uncertainty about the riding time when it was called live but a plethora of video evidence made it definitive. Then you called wkn a turd out of the blue and are now claiming he's the thin skinned one?

Take a walk around the neighborhood, drink some tea, and go to bed. Team USA is wrestling in France at 430 AM EST

The baseline defense for Penn State is insane. Watch Haines and Starocci and the way they just kill a pretty good shot, then move through their process of countering it and scoring. They each have their slight variations but the basics are the same. You can have your hands locked, leg pulled in, and they don’t panic.

Life moves forward, even during wrestling matches. Phones ring, nature calls, microwaves beep, etc.

Don't contribute to WKN's BS argument if you aren't aware of the context. We see what we see, no more no less

TBH, this is a stupid argument. Rock, you missed some action and didn't have access to rewind and see what actually happened, the WKN is faulting you for a live take that missed the replay.. The call, despite my rooting for Hardy, was correct, and you two are arguing over nothing. Rock, you didn't watch the conclusive angle where Brock clearly lost riding time, and Wkn, you're arguing against someone who is justifying their position based on not seeing the replay/conclusive evidence. Sure, in real time it might have seemed like Hardy should have won, and certainly with replay and slow-mo, it was clear that albeit close, Bartlett won. Just stop.

Careful with those caffeine levels in tea though, especially black teas.  I would not recommend a delicious delicious Earl Grey right before bed.

My god Illinois looks terrible. No offense whatsoever, not even offensive attempts. Can’t ride/turn, and can’t get away.

Agree.  Watched them last night and thought  that if this is their best team in years, then the standard of this once proud program sure has dipped.

Iowa. They have a very solid team and could have three champs.

Plus a number of mid/high AAs in Parco, Caliendo and their 174/184 contingent.

2nd - Iowa - 125.5

3rd - Oklahoma State - 115.5

4th - Oklahoma 93.5

It's about this time of year where we start hearing all of the IL excuses. "We don't have the staff, we don't have the recruits, we don't have the facilities", and etc....

I thought they had a shot this year to turn things around, but it doesn't look that way.

Will try not to sound like a surfer dude responding to this...When you watch guys like you've mentioned & others like KOT & Dake who is the best example next time watch their hips in the situations your mentioning.  Their hips are always covering, following, or going with the progression of that sequence.

There are three team heads & tails above the others.  Look at what the #3 did to the #5 last week and a month ago to the #4 in tournament.  Also what the #1 did to the #4 last night.  Dont you expect the #2 would have their way with the #13?
