By "Cornell," I assume you mean "non-Cornell entities associated with the Cornell wrestling program," right?

Cornell and the surrounding area is one of the most beautiful spots in the country during the summer.

Or it could be that RBY (who went to the same HS as Vega) is now training at OSU. And that DT and co are now there and he sees them as the staff who can help him achieve his goals better.

And now, #1 215 Jude Corea has reopened his recruitment (was committed to Michigan).

He didn't seem happy about Hwt Sahakian flipping from Arizona State to Michigan after he had committed there.

I'm going to need a flip chart to keep track of all these flipping flips.

Maybe think of it this way.

Having a committed relationship with a girl is similar to a verbal commitment.   Are there laws she cannot be poached by some other guy.  No.  Is it illegal.  No.   Is he scummy and or immoral if he sneaks in and steals her.   You can decide that for yourself.

To take this overly emotional analogy a step further, can he immorally sneak in and steal her if she was getting what she needed in the first place?

Saw this coming at alluded to it on the other thread.  It seems as if Michigan got a little cute with recruiting.  They landed Correa and then recruited Sahakian over him, perhaps trying to force Correa down to 197? Correa was highly recruited, with Michigan  beating out PSU (Cael did a home visit in NH!),

When Correa won (almost a major) at WNO, he started yelling something into the camera and flo cut away.  I think he was in the process of decommitting at that moment.

I don't like to see "flips" but it looks like Michigan was playing games and Correa flexed his athlete's rights.

On a (Flo?) interview, DT justified his poaching by saying that OkState "entered the recruiting cycle late" because, in his mind, OkState didn't do any recruiting prior to his taking the job.

Lol.  One thing Oklahoma state had been doing well is recruiting.

Also, keep in mind that DT flipped from ISU to PSU as an athlete, and poached Vega from another coach who had flipped his commitment as a recruit.

its the wild west now.  psu spends a ton on getting all the best kids.  osu can do it too.  perhaps they could install a salary cap

Pyles is such an idiot, does he question every other coach when they do the same damn thing? This isn't new and it won't stop.

Taylor was on a call with them, and Yianni's post was a hot topic.  Pyle did what a halfway decent journalist should do.  He asked his guest about a newsworthy topic.

The funny thing is that no one realized Yianni was talking about Taylor as the poacher; it was just a question Flo thought was relevant... they didn't know just how relevant.

It’s a fair statement though that kids that committed before he was hired didn’t know they opportunity to wrestle for David Taylor

Honestly, Correa is more ready now, that doesn't mean he will be more ready in three to five years.

That said, he struck me as a more violent version of Parris, so I was stoked.  I am all for going out and looking for what is right for you.

While he never stepped foot on a wrestling mat in a Michigan singlet, I will still root for him.  How could you not?  You saw him at WNO right?  There aren't many rooms that will bring out more badassery than he already has.  Michigan is one of them, but not the only one.
