Yeah, the "incident" reported seems a little over the top to be  arrested......Too loud with the weights?  I guess charges have already been dropped from what is being reported. BTW.... how's my Idaho kid Carson Exferd doing there in Wisconsin?

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from a guy who knows a kid who's going with the girl who saw him  drop some weights at the gym and get confronted by a guy that he was too loud. This is an overlooked point. We have all been viewing AJ as a criminal with the shooting of guns into the dark, reckless driving, sexual assault allegation (s?), etc.  But he keeps facing zero legal repercussion, so what if he is really just a brilliant practitioner of the law and has been simply testing the bounds of the legal system as a means to demonstrate his legal chops. In this instance, he has demonstrated the value of the 4th amendment.

I'm amused endlessly that in his own documentary, if you watch slightly carefully, you realize he'd been blowing off study hall and had to do all 7 weekly mandated hours and once and missed practice as a result. Talk about "how was that the best take?"
