I think they could, if it had something to do with the job. Depends upon the situation though. I can't think of any jobs where a vasectomy or being required to carry a baby to term would improve job performance. Could they do it just for the heck of it, because they "feel like it?" Probably not.

This is all very simple. I'm surprised that you're asking these questions. It demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of the law.

But you said

News flash: Employers can set their own rules as conditions of employment. Always have, always will, and should continue to be able to do that. Has very little to do with Democratic or Republican policies. It's really up to the employer.

Idk, a few million people died of it worldwide.

So who were those few million people?  What where the ages of the people that died?  What other ailments/life threatening diseases or disorders did they have?  Can you prove with 100% certainty someone died of Covid versus say cancer??  And my favorite that to this day none of you crazy Covid people can answer...How were Covid deaths counted?  Why was Covid deaths counted differently than every other virus...ever??

I ask those questions because people never want to have an honest conversation about Covid without getting so emotional that they instantly become irrational.  If people were truly honest one could probably say that Covid was a public health concern for people over 65 and those with other serious health issues but noooo...people can't do that because the people that fall within those demographics may "feel bad" about it.  And THAT is ridiculous!

Yes.  The conditions need to be relevant to the job though. Sorry I didn't specifically say that but it is common sense.

I do know that the number of deaths from every other illness dramatically decreased during covid. It was like the wild west. If you had cancer or any other underlying health issue it was almost always determined to be a Covid fatality. The number of deaths from the flu which normally was around 40 thousand a year went down to almost zero.

Do you understand why flu deaths would also go down dramatically when almost everybody is practicing social distancing and working remotely if possible?

Hmmm....let's think hard about that one. I know you can do it......

Hmm they went down to zero. They even quit tracking the flu for awhile because it was so low. People die from the flu 40K to 70K a year. Flu was still around and was deadly to some but got counted as Covid just like many other deadly diseases were counted as only Covid. You are aware hospitals received extra money if it was ruled a Covid death.

For sensitive populations, at a minimum, at the beginning of the pandemic.

The covid ‘vaccine’ didn’t stop you from getting covid, it didn’t prevent transmitting covid, there’s no evidence that it alleviated any symptoms, but it did increase your risk of getting it again.

1) Nothing is 100% so your 1st statement is correct.

2) Nothing is 100% so your 2nd statement is correct.

3) Incorrect. It's been proven that there were fewer cases and also fewer severe cases for those that were vaccinated. Where did you get that idea?

4) Huh? What's your source for that?

...so would the DNC have more credibility if they had a professional wrestler and the head of a fighting organization speak? I would prefer to get my advice from Roman Reigns or maybe the head of Bellator when deciding who to vote for.

But why did some die and others didn't?  Don't you think we'd know by now.

My 95 year old father (turns 98 in a month) assisted living facility got Covid I think twice.  He did end up in the emergency room following taking the shot.  My mother (same assisted living) died during a Covid year.  Her doctor had told her she probably had ~6 months (heart & return of cancer), she made it 9+ months.  Pretty sure she had Covid at least once, didn't have it anytime near when she died, it was her heart.  If she had caught Covid couple weeks before what would have been the cause of death?

Had an uncle died ~year before first Covid from Flu.  Hospitals were full of flu patients so they sent him home.  Eventually he ended up in the hospital.

That said I also know of a few relatively healthy people who died from Covid.

Covid vaccinnes were maybe good for those with the greatest threat - comorbidities such as obesity, diabetes, poor health, poor immune system, poor cardiovascular.

Below is covid deaths by age.

Up to 45 years of age, statistically speaking there was not a reason to make those people get the vaccine.  The hysteria over it was way overblown.    I hear commercials about getting your 6 month old vaccinated.   Truth be told it is not a vaccine, it is the same as a flu shot.   It should prevent you from getting it and if you do get it, symptoms should be less.   That is not a true vaccine.  As we know, the shot does not necessarily stop the virus.   It might lessen the symptoms but people who get the shot still get the covid.   Look no further than to Fauci or Biden.

Was Covid inappropriately rubber stamped as the cause of death?  Yes!  (not pictured but previously addressed)

Did Covid AND Society increase deaths in 2020 as compared to 2019?  Yes!

Raw death counts increased by 19% (pictured) while the total population increased by 0.4% (not pictured).   The raw death counts is 15% higher in 2022 (pictured) as compared to 2019 while the total population increased by 1.6% (not pictured).  https://wonder.cdc.gov/controller/datarequest/D157;

Something has changed.  Comparing 2022 to 2019, there is a 38% increase in the deaths of US folks between the age of 40 and 44 years.  Why?

I can say life was better before the George Floyd incident.  Those riots and unrest and increased crime due to decreaseed police have been with us ever since.

The emotional spiraling right now is amazing.  You'd think Trump was getting trounced in polling right  rather than just losing at the moment.  All it'll take is Trump to start running a disciplined camphahahaha jk.  It's honestly hard to believe how poorly the Trump campaign has handled literally everything in the last 2 months.

Also why is anyone watching the DNC or the RNC?  It's a party with little substance.  Catch the relevant video clips tomorrow.
