Never have a seen a wrestler ask for stoppage for injury only for the other wrestler to be called passive amd be put on the shot clock. Ridiculous.

You kinda of wish this didn't go the way it did... but, oh well.

Bulgaria has two golds in wrestling... been quite a long time since that happened, ever?

Yaz was falling apart mentally there, lol.

I think he may have separated his shoulder.  I can't believe he finished the bout.

Yeah, but he kept turning himself to his back.  I know it was desperation time, but still.

Yeah, I think Brooks couldve beaten Yaz.

That assumes Yazdani dislocates his shoulder against Brooks in the opening seconds. These freakish injuries like this seem to happen more often in MMA than wrestling. Wondering if Yazdani was hurt during his warm up.

Yazdani started calling for injury time in the first period when it was 1-0.  It would be weird to be faking an injury there.

There's no reason to fake an injury and wrestle with one arm, which he obviously did in that bout.
