So many words and posts when all I asked for was a single number lol if blaze put half as much effort into his offense as you do in avoiding questions then he'd have won in 2 matches instead of 3

He definitely is, I won't contend that fact for a second. I also acknowledge that his offense won him match 3 when Jax quit wrestling for a few seconds. I just wish he'd get to his offense more often vs maintaining position and wrestling to mitigate any action entirely. Again, I hope he wins it all at worlds. That would be a fantastic outcome.

Dake did not deserve the shot clock point. It's just like the blaze situation.

Blaze didn't deserve to get forrest put on the shot clock but he should have also gotten 2 instead of 1 on his only legit score so it all balances out I guess. Blaze might be the most boring wrestler I've ever seen when he's against other top tier guys.

I was wrong on that. For some reason I had it in my head that he won that first match this season when he secured the first couple takedowns over Jax but obviously Forrest stormed back to win in the end.

Iowa State has not posted this on social media yet which is making me think this story may not be 100% on point. You'd think a shake up like this would be well marketed by the program.

I remember going to one of his MN camps with my high school team back in the summer of 2002. He was definitely a legend of the sport. May he Rest in peace.

It's not rampant in our sport, it's part of a growing cultural trend of starting boys in school a little later. Every boy in my daughter's kindergarten class minus one is a full year older than her and the other girls in her class. It's become quite common now.
